The point that annoys me is that we can see it, how can an ex-pro footballer (and a very good 1 at that) not see it? If fans on a football forum can pinpoint problem areas week after week, then how can a paid manager and coaching team not see it and work on it. We have loads of glaring issues that never seem to get addressed or worked on, it's as if the players and managers are happy with the way things are and they don't need changed - but it's clearly obvious things need sorted. We have multiple issue that can be and need to be addressed such as, Lack of goal return from Kent, his shooting is abysmal and I can't think of any forward player in the league who is nearly as bad at shooting, players failing to make runs and movement and the few times they do the man with the ball picks the easy option, Goldson and the defence being so slow the other team have time to get back their shape, an absolute point blank refusal to counter-attack, Zonal marking, the list goes on and many of them are fixable but the team just seems to be plodding away waiting for the end of the season and maybe that big transfer move they are dreaming about.  

Spot on that shit infuriates me three times today barasic eg was in space on the touchline at the west enclosure and every time he was snubbed in favour of that shitty infield pass allowing them to regroup.
Each time barasic could've been in space actually cancelling our three of their players  who were about to fall back into the middle three how the manager can't see these situations as exploitable is fucking grim never mind our players actually being aware of a teammate being in such a good position to exploit the space rather than a safe pass infield always headed back Goldson or Tavernier that for me is why we are so fucking pedestrian and GVB does fuck all to eradicate that sub standard mentality.
