We have been brought up on the best and now we are discussing cheap options. It is not the way. We can't encourage this mediocrity any longer or it will never stop. We need to appoint a proper manager and back them. Gio had won things as a manager, had a reasonable reputation, was not backed yet did far more with the club than Beale. Things may have gone differently if he had the money Beale had. Our manager is basically a glorified coach we allowed to manage us because he whored himself out to his mates on the board.
We are a big club with European football and need to stop selling ourselves short. We should be looking at proper managers with proven records of either winning trophies or playing proper football. I don't care if we are a stepping stone. If that means we have been successful and get good compensation i'd be delighted. I'd much rather we got millions to lose our manager than pay out yet more compensation for another failed experimental appointment. 

They’ll need to bite the bullet at some point mate this clearly isn’t going to work, best for all concerned to get somebody else in before we fall further behind. Obviously theres risk with that as well,  an absolute fucking nightmare of a situation Beales put us in.

To be fair that would have been down to the decision of the man he would be replacing. He's only out on loan so a change of manager and he's potentially back in the picture again.

Had high hopes for Danilo but haven't seen anything yet, frankly. Dessers appears to have been Beale's number one target too, so I'm not sure he'll be giving up on him anytime soon.
May be heat of the moment but for me, it doesn't matter who Beale picks as ultimately they're still playing his non-existent system that produces absolutely nothing. We are chronically slow and lacking in imagination. Goals and results will not come, while that's the case, regardless of who he picks.

Beale has no credit in the bank, and is clearly out of his depth.
