We need to stick rather than twist again. You can tell he is in the first 6 months as a manager with some of his decisions and that will come as it will be easier when he has better players which he will get in January and the summer.
It was always going to take a few windows to have 11-15 players on the same level as celtic's best 11-15 with the amount of money we have to spend. The manager should have europa league money there to spend to which HE and this side earned us as well as ST money in the summer.
There is no way Gerrard is going any time soon and there is no way the board are giving him up anytime soon.

gerrard is just in the door  he has had 1 transfer window (both these points in comparison to Brenda , McInnes, TLB, even Clarke) he had literally an entire squad to replace despite this he got us into the group stages in the europe league he brought in £15m we are still 2nd in the league

Goldson hasn't covered himself in glory the last few weeks but alongside Worrall he is ten times worse. He looks a much better player beside McAuley or Katic imo.

Yeah both of them able to come inside and link with midfielders/forwards. Candeias not really the type of winger who roasts full back down the line, as much as he's a hard worker, I'm not sure how quick he really is, so that space is usually free for Tavernier. 

I really like Barisic and Grezda I'm too sure about quite yet but he needs more starts. I actually think he and Barisic complement each other well on the left. Grezda can come inside and use his technical ability coming in and it lets Barisic go on the overlap which is what he wants to do.
I think with Grezda's cutting inside it could give us a creative body coming into (rather than starting in) the center of the pitch we are sorely missing.
When Middleton came on he and Barisic got in each others way because they both wanted to go into the same space.

Noticed that with Barasic and Middleton the other night. Suits Barasic playing with a right footer who will cut in and leave the outside space for him.

It's arguable that the success in Europe has a direct correlation with quite a few of those dropped points.
I honestly think if we had been knocked out in the qualifiers, we would be maybe 5-7 points better off in the league.  Playing Thursday, Sunday football constantly, with a tea without a lot of good players is going to take its toll.
The question is would you rather be one win away from the group stages, or a little bit better off in the league?  We could be sitting 5 points clear at the top and still finish with nothing, and then not have those European memories from this year.
While winning the league is what we all want. The longer we are in Europe, the more money we make, the better quality player we can bring in.

I understand the OPs frustrations but this league for years has been won by the team who is the least shite. This week it's celtic and in a fortnite it could be us. I keep saying it they aren't that good. Last season they dropped points in 14 matches (over a third of their games).
