Due to the way it has been mis-handled, there will be something of a media frenzy about what was said in the Ibrox dressing room last Sunday. Already this incident has divided opinion amongst our support, with some backing the players for speaking their minds whilst others insist the manager should be afforded some modicum of respect, regardless of who that is.
I doubt many of us would argue that Lee Wallace has given his heart to an ideal. While some badge kissers could not engineer their Ibrox exits quickly enough, Lee Wallace stayed for the fight to restore the club in its time of dire need. In terms of his flourishing international career it could be argued he paid a heavy price for doing so. Therefore, on the back of one of the most gutless, insipid, soulless and embarrassing performances from charlatans wearing the famous blue jersey, one can at the very least, understand the passion which proved to be the catalyst to whatever transpired within the dressing room.
As is often the case in life, it was actually what was not said which was important.
Graeme Murty’s post-match interview where he admitted he had not discussed the performance with the players for fear it may cause conflict or finger-pointing should merit an internal Rangers investigation more than anything else which transpired on Sunday.  Can any of you imagine Jock Wallace avoiding what needed to be said after such a humiliating capitulation for fear of upsetting some inflated or precious egos within the Ibrox dressing room ?
If a 4 nil thrashing to celtic in a Scottish Cup Semi Final was not sufficient cause for Murty to light the blue touch paper in the Rangers dressing room – you have to ask yourself – just what the hell would be ?
The Heart & Hand Podcast summed the situation up perfectly via their twitter account.

Our current board have made a spectacular series of gaffes with regard to managerial recruitment, that situation could become a whole lot worse if they fail to act before Sunday. The Post Mortems on managerial decisions and the merits or madness of promoting the Youth Coach can wait for another day, for once, the board need to step out of character, show some leadership and for God’s sake listen to the real voice of the Club – the fans.

As Rangers sack Kenny Miller and Suspend Lee Wallace, the club is turning in to a complete circus.
Firstly, I should say that I don't like players' running to the press, or engineering discord in the dressing room, and this is not the first time Kenny Miller has been at the centre of such allegations. 
If he's genuinely undermining the manager at every turn, then this is the right decision, however, the board should consider this.
When Miller turned against Pedro, he was right that Caixinha was a dud, if unprofessional in doing so, and the same applies now to both him and Wallace. If they are guilty of what they have been accused of then yes, they should be punished, but it should not automatically absolve Murty, nor give him licence to stay longer when it is clear that he doesn't inspire, lead or control the dressing room. 
Frankly, the club is looking like a shambles, and the return of Douglas Park has coincided with an absolute clusterfuck of a situation. It is clear that the board have mishandled the recruitment and departure of Warburton, the recruitment of Pedro, the failure to secure McInnes, and the handling of the first team reigns to the under 20s coach. 
Dave King needs to step up now and sort this out.
The recruitment panel who selected Pedro, failed on McInnes, and failed to act on Mark Allen's managerial shortlist should be sacked, as should Murty, Miller and Wallace. If that includes financial investors then King needs to step up and cover their shortfall. 
As for the team, I've seen various comments online suggesting they are not playing for the manager. Perhaps they should be reminded it's not the manager or the board they play for, but the Rangers support, who ultimately pay their wages. 
The club needs real leadership to sort this out.

Murty is going nowhere before the end of the season. Confirmed by someone close to the coaching set up at the club. normal service this week apparently. Can gladly PM admin source.

If you think Miller is the solution you are as bad as everyone who suggested Haliday in the last few days.

The more pertinent question is will FDB think we're worth the gamble. He can't afford to flop at his next club other wise he's fucked.
If there is serious interest then he must be getting a decent budget.

Meh. I could probably name numerous players that have and are scoring well in Scotland but lack the quality to be a player for us. Stats like you've given presents a narrow picture. All three players in the sellic team are better than Louis Moult. You can quote stats to convince yourself otherwise, but bottom line is Louis Moult's career will never amount to that of the other three for a reason.

We need to get a no nonsense, experienced manager in short term in order to sort the dross from the decent and get rid of those lacking the correct mentality.
If he does well then we can consider extending his contract, if not then at least we know where we are for getting a better manager in during the summer. We will have more of chance appointing a better manager during the summer as he will hopefully have some money to play with.
Trying to get the best manager we can at this time and give him a long term contract is a fools errand. 
If we get another rookie/unknown on a long term contract during this time then I'm getting getting close to fucking chucking it.
If that happens then our club will die slowly and painfully under this regime.
