Great news and just made my day. :)

Come to think of it mine as well mate. god we must be unpopular on here sometimes, in my case most of the time. He had almost, almost won me over, but as i sat back in my sadness last sunday, and watched all those in blue masquerading as rangers players being stuffed by the worst celtic team ever, i was staring at him more than the other non triers.

He has scored some really important goals for the gers, think league cup final last season.

But as i listened to the beadrattling bastards singing all their shite, taking the piss, the guy dressed as the pope, lennon refusing to even get to the track in time to respect our dead, but managing to get up to the studio to get arselicked by sky in time, my mind rolled on to miller straight away. That wee bastard played for them.

Mojo scored goals for the gers as well but i never accepted him.hated the cunt for even being allowed to be near rangers.

I celebrated KM's goals against them at the piggery against them with everybody else, just maybe not in the same way i celebrated when big macculloch scored, a real bear, therein lies the difference with me.

No compromising or awkward feelings about how he once scored for them against us.

I would let him go for nothing now come to think of it, in a straight swap with that old goalsniffer Kevin Phillips, guaranteed goals to win us the SPL.

Fuck me, we might even put 2 strikers up front against the scum at home, you just never know.

Bye Kenny, thanks for the goals, but fuck off.

Let the wee money grabbing shite go.

Happily move on and forget a player who would get nowhere near player of the season.

Its Kenny Miller ffs!

Never been a great player. Never been Rangers man.

Who gives a fuck.

He's been the best player this season behind shagger!! Our top scorer so far als He's obviously proved himself as a good spl player, jelavic and goodwillie havent proved themseles yet fair enough jelavcis injured but we dont know for sure he's going to be a hit!

I dont want to see or top scorer leave at this time, he's obviously being forced out the door for the money and isnt doing it for the money! I have alot of time for him although i understand the hatred towards him

After Sunday I said I hoped that defeat wouldnt cost us the league, IMO selling Miller will be what cost us it. Beattie and Lafferty do not score goals reguarly, or in Beatties's case at all! Naismith was here 3 seasons before he started to become a regular goal scorer and I havent seen enough of Jelavis to be convinced he is the answer.

You do realise he refused any contract put infront of him coz he has ££££££'s in his eyes.

How do you know this?

I heard that he refused contracts because of job security, i.e he was only offered 1 year when he wanted to stay for longer.

He refused the contract because of the length of it, Bain said that himself, nothing to do with money.

You completely miss Naismith this season? Easily SPL player of the year.

If he does leave then we will miss him.

But only the hardest critics and idiots can give Miller abuse. He came back when 99% didn't want him and he has scored 58 goals in 2 and a half years, 7 Old Firm goals, helped us win 2 SPL titles, 1 Scottish cup and scored the winning goal in the CIS Cup final.

He goes with my best wishes because he has been a good signing and has been a success.

i'm happy enough, if we are getting a few quid for him. it looks like he wasnt gonna sign a deal anyway and leave in the summer, similar to boyd, who never kicked a ball or looked intrested after january. we still won the league. take the money and run

Agreed. By far our best player this season.

Anyone who thinks Kenny has been our best player is deluded.

Naismith was badly missed in the OF. If he had played it would've been a different result. Cant think of a shite game Naisy has had all season.

so how come h didn't leave during the last transfer window? we don't even know what he was offerd from us

Noone wanted him in the summer! Noone.

He played the form of his life the last 6 months. Not for Rangers thought.

This is just too obvious to have to explain further surely.

Ill give you a million quid myself if he got a longer deal at Birmingham!

Its the money. Trust me.

Given his past record, I could see why you'd think that, but I think there is more to it than what meets the eye.

STV understands LA Galaxy and US international forward Edson Buddle has been identified, should Miller switch to Birmingham City.

STV understands Edson Buddle is attracting strong interest from Rangers, as Walter Smith faces up to potentially losing leading goalscorer Kenny Miller to Birmingham City. The American striker is out of contract at LA Galaxy and would be available on a free transfer if the SPL champions make a move.

Buddle, who spent time training with Birmingham in December, has already visited Rangers' Murray Park complex and is known to be keen on a move to Europe. At 29, the six-times capped player has the option to sign a new deal at Home Depot Center but is eager to prove himself away from his home country.

With Rangers' leading marksman Miller understood to be considering a £700,000 return to England, this time to join former international boss Alex McLeish at Birmingham City, the American has been pinpointed as a potential replacement.

The New York native finished as the second top scorer in MLS last season with 17, despite missing a number of games because of his participation at the 2010 World Cup. At the tournament, Buddle came off the bench in games against England and Algeria but failed to get on the scoresheet.

At 6ft 1, Buddle is an imposing figure and is frequently employed as a target player, owing to his psychical and aerial ability. The striker is also equally adept at feet however, proving himself as a pacy player with decent finishing ability.

As well as Birmingham City, Stoke City and Sheffield Wednesday are also believed to be keen on his services, with Owls boss Alan Irvine admitting his interest but conceding he may lose out to a bigger club with any bid.

Securing a work permit for Buddle may prove to be a stumbling block for the Ibrox club. Buddle has played just six times for his national team since he earned his first cap back in 2003 and is likely to see his future international prospects dry up, as manager Bob Bradley looks to young talent such as Teal Bunbery and Juan Agudero for the 2014 World Cup, by which time Buddle will be 33.

Buddle's last cap came in an international friendly against Brazil in August 2010 but he has featured in just two of his country's 25 competitive games in the last two years, falling well short of the 75 per cent requirement to gain permission to play in the UK.

If Rangers press ahead with the signing, they will have to argue Buddle's case to an SFA work permit appeal board, as they did when Croatian forward Nikica Jelavic signed in the summer.

Buddle started his professional career in 2000 with PDL side Long Island Rough Riders, before earning a ticket into the MLS with Columbus Crew a year later.

Short spells at New York Red Bulls and Toronto followed before his move to LA Galaxy in 2007, where he has scored 42 of his total 90 league goals in 231 regular season appearances.

LA Galaxy have already moved to strengthen their striking options in the MLS off-season, having recruited former New York Red Bulls and Aston Villa striker Juan Pablo Angel through the league's re-entry draft before Christmas.

BUDDLE INTERESTING RANGERS
