Boxing is sadly going to lose a lot more fans and that's possibly what it's going to take for some to listen.

It's full of cheats, corrupt judging, mismatch fights, ppvs that are not ppvs, fighter and promoters ducking fights, too many bodies with stupid systems and mandatory defence fights, too many belts, too many fighters exclusive with certain broadcasters, ticket prices too high etc. 

It's always been like this to be fair but it's just getting worse. Too many greedy cunts ruining it for everyone else.

They need to have guys fighting actual competition rather than just building guys by letting them fight 20 nobody’s then going in about how they’re unbeaten. Those sky sports fight night cards are always about 8 fights of exactly that, imagine paying for a ticket to see that rubbish?

Corrupt judging is also ruining the sport now, between GGG getting completely fucked over in the first Canelo fight, then Fury being robbed, completely put me off boxing, fuck paying your hard earned to watch that crap.

People slate UFC but at least you get competitive contests and the right fighters fight for the titles, ranking systems mean nothing in boxing.

Main reason I’m watching a lot more UFC than boxing these days. One competition and all the ranked fighters need to fight one another.

Fury, Wilder and Whyte all give AJ serious problems IMO.

Ortiz was apparently offered the fight and turned it down. His camp said it wasn't enough notice while the narrative from the AJ fans is that he turned it down because he wouldn't have passed a drugs test.

Ruiz is an overweight mess who'll be lucky to last 6 rounds. A 38yr old Kevin Johnson took him 12 rounds last year ffs. The same guy AJ flattened in 2 rounds in 2015.
