Think whoever running us should break their neck and try get Gus up here, the guy would sort out the young guys and get us playing a level of football which is acceptable because as it stands ally can't make any of the players we have improve and his excuses are just beyond a joke now.

What you guys think ??

He wouldn`t be any more out of his depth than McCoist and no he wouldn`t be looking for more money than McCoist.

Agree to disagree , and we dont need a high profile manager for another couple of years if ever .

This mentality of wasting more money has got to stop .

Accounts should be an eyer opener for some on here .............

Davie Weir.

One un-tested manager who got the job due to how he played for the club to be replaced by another of the same. (td)

No thanks.

Billy Davies has proven management skills and would be an ideal candidate. Word is he would jump at it as well, even forgoing a chance of getting into the EPL.

Probably been said before but we need a manager who will address the players weaknesses eg over the bar Little, and be able to motivate the players. We have a world class training complex but is it being used fully?

Jimmy Calderwood. He is available, is a bluenose and with limited budget at the sheep he brought on a few youngsters. He wouldn't cost the earth. Dont see the need for a high profile expensive manager for us presently.

Not a bad shout but personally I'd want to know more of the detail regarding his departure with Brighton. More to that than meets the eye.

My shortlist would include:-

Billy Davies

Stuart McCall

Glenn Hoddle

Phil Parkinson

Steve MacClaren

steve maclaren ? no thanks, stuart McCall or billy davies would be great, but ally is still in charge and whilst he is still in charge we should continue to support him even after yesterdays disaster
