Absolutely delighted for Barney. He really needed to beat Taylor on TV to get his confidence back. Against Van Gerwen he was a totally different player because he knew he could beat him. Hopefully the big man can get back to somewhere like his best over the next few months.

Was disappointed for Anderson for running MvG so close but it sets it up for a really great World Matchplay in a few weeks. With Taylor being off the boil every tournament has opened up. You've got Barney, Anderson and MvG bang on form; Taylor is always in with a shout and Lewis has already won a Major this year.

Haven't been as excited watching the darts since Barney moved over from the BDO.

Was gutted for Anderson on Saturday. Can't believe he had 105 average and 40% on doubles and still got beat.

Was down there at the weekend and it really is a must for any darts fan. Much better than going to the Premier League.

agree with this, was down for the Matchplay final a few years ago and it was fantastic

used to go to the premier league but stopped going as it was just bedlam at times.
