We all thought the same about HMRC and our CVA

Yeah but HMRC and tax is a different thing all together, UBIG are a business company who can't just afford to lose money.

With us it was about setting an example.

If the enter liquidation there is No WAY that there membership of the SPFL should be transferable. They must not be permitted to remain in the SPFL.

So where would they go, junior football? Don't really care - good riddens.

Liquidation cannot come fast enough for me.

Bryan Jackson told BBC Scotland that delays in agreeing the transfer of shares from majority shareholder UBIG had increased uncertainty.

Administrators BDO are waiting for UBIG's 50% shareholding to be transferred to fans and their backers.

BDO only have enough money to keep the Scottish Premiership club running until the end of April.

They have to liquidate while the season is still in play as after May 2014 they would end up in the lowland league not the SPFL as the pyramid structure kicks in.

If no deal is agreed next week except the plug to be pulled asap and for the spfl to forward them money to see out the rest of the season. More than likely bdo will cut a deal so they remain in admin till the end the last day of the season before going newco.

After that it will go to a vote of clubs and don't be surprised if they walk right back into the championship next season or another league reconstruction is fast tracked.
