Ryan_1 1,136
We all thought the same about HMRC and our CVAYeah but HMRC and tax is a different thing all together, UBIG are a business company who can't just afford to lose money. With us it was about setting an example.
rangersfc77 170
Yes but hearts stadium and their company is two different entities that need to be individually resolved to hell with them. In my opinion they are beggars who lack sporting integrity PMSL

OlegKuznetsov 10,816
I heard on Radio Scotland last night, amid an outpouring of sympathy, that there are real concerns that they may struggle to get to the end of the season, if a CVA is not agreed imminently. They must not be permitted to remain in the SPFL. So where would they go, junior football? Don't really care - good riddens.Liquidation cannot come fast enough for me.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------BBC two hours agoBryan Jackson told BBC Scotland that delays in agreeing the transfer of shares from majority shareholder UBIG had increased uncertainty.Administrators BDO are waiting for UBIG's 50% shareholding to be transferred to fans and their backers.BDO only have enough money to keep the Scottish Premiership club running until the end of April. More than likely bdo will cut a deal so they remain in admin till the end the last day of the season before going newco. After that it will go to a vote of clubs and don't be surprised if they walk right back into the championship next season or another league reconstruction is fast tracked. ritchieshearercaldow 22,162
Must say they're putting up a good fight, they're no deid yet, even the sheep shaggers couldn't beat their 10 men,
Robespierre 589
I find it rather worrying that they managed to get a point from Aberdeen with 10 men. They could've taken all three by all accounts. We could be in for a hell of fight next season.
kanjo 26,330
When it's a fight for your future, then i expect it.Hearts are bottom of that league for a reason (even with a points deduction removed from their total).
