SoldierBlue1 499
What is stopping the club from selling ST now? I am not well off but I save for my ST and I am quite prepared to pay now. This would enable the club to guage how many are with holding their ST monies. WATP

ARockit 118
It's a better idea than this UOF idea to have Ibrox/Auchenhowie signed over in return for the cash. Becoming an embarrassment. Apparently 6500 in UOF, what happened to all those other blue card wavers?

SoldierBlue1 499
WeeBluenose No problem with that pal. It would help the club to get ST monies in early and start using it. WATP

JohnH 270
I'd rather they brought the season ticket date forward, than borrowed that £1.5m at interest. I would have gladly paid up early, as I'm sure most bears would.
In walter we trust 228
36000 season ticket holders and those who attend on match day should be applauded , loyal fans and I'm pretty sure they will be there next season , we are getting closer to our main aim of getting back to the top league
gmcf 34,620
Makes sense to me if it's needed earlier. Shouldn't make any difference to those that haven't saved enough yet. I'm sure the original date could still apply , it's just an opportunity for those that can pay earlier , to do so.
ritchieshearercaldow 22,242
I asked in the financial forum....couldn't the club just put a deadline on ST sales? if the ticket hasn't been bought by the deadline you don't get a ticket.

Drunk and disorderly. 14,662
Season tickets renewals will not be accepted until after the 120 day review. That's official. The board are showing us their business plan before taking any season ticket money. Very open thing to do IMO.
Brian Fantana 28,894
I agree that it would be good if you could buy the ST now but there's probably guidelines forbidding it. They need a license for what is easentially "an event" ie football matches over the season and that maybe a year on year thing in which case it would be illegal to sell the tickets now. I do believe sales of matches out with ST's will be up next season, ST's probably about the same with others taking up the ones that don't take theirs in protest

Sounds like a plan? Would you also refuse money at the gate
SeparateEntityMyArse 54,269
Good shout. Not a season ticket holder but will be x 3 next season. If i had opportunity to pay a deposit or something for seats not currently occupied by ST holders i would pay that today.Win win as i see it. ianb1547 3,767
There's no reason why the Club can't put STs on sale right now. We know the league we will be in etc etc.I bought my sons Cardiff ST for next season 5 weeks ago...............and they don't know if they are staying up ...or going down.ps.... I think they are going down....but don't tell my son!!
