Talented youngster frustrated at not getting a game for the first team opts to go to a small club to further his career.The club should have learned from that mistake. After the league was won Telfer should have been started for 2 or 3 games. If he did well keep playing him if he didn't then put him back in the U20s. Obviously we don't mean that much to him, remember the flack Danny Wilson got and he was moving to the premiership FFS.If he wants to go then let him.
