allgers 735
Outstanding effort lads.I read an article from pat cash..He says only a select bunch have won us open, Wimbledon, Olympic gold and Davis cup. What an effort if Andy and team GB does.If you consider Federer isn't in that group. Dojkovic as well.

Played so much Tennis and today was just rewards for the effort he has put in.

Orange Persson 548
A really enjoyable and very tough match. Apart from AM's incredible shot making, it was his ability to read Goffin's tremendous placement. Even when he got taken by surprise with it, his stamina and movement kept him in the point. His gets at dropshots were best I can remember. Credit to Goffin. He came to the net a lot despite getting pounded with passing cross courts and up the line winners. He was guilty of hitting approach shots from well behind the service line though. Risky and non percentage. Andy loves the target and Goffin doesn't blanket the net like the massive wingspan players. Goffin did everything on that last point. Andy got so many of those rasping drives back. Then one chance? The disguise and execution is as good as it gets. Not a bad weekend all round.
