The same way we fund a new manager, coaching staff, paying off the existing manager and coaching staff, allowing the new manager to bring in his players (unless we expect him to come in and be allowed to make no signings) and the money free'd up by moving on the players already mentioned as being out of contract. Other than that...who knows?
