easterhouse64 1
Thought the boy showed a fantastic attitude today and had a great first half , Faded after the break though but if he keeps on giving it this effort , The wee man might just make it with us . Smile 26,624
Poor today which always happens when hes up against another quick player, Struggles to put in a decent cross or beat a man.
pcbear 10,932
I honestly think he lacks what it takes at the top level, seldom beats a man and his delivery is awful, effort and tracking back is great, ability less than.
Balgreen Bear 15
Lacks the basics, poor touch, can't cross, can't beat a man, can't hit a dead ball. His hit past man and run skill is school boy level. I don't see him making it here. Frightening that he has been working at our training facility for so long and has learned so little. I am sure any of us would give the same effort though if that is all you are looking for.

Skyson1872 2,923
I have said it all along, he is a central attacking player. He loves to shoot so this would allow him that, and due to his good pace he could bomb by the centre halves easier and he also has alright passing. TMB 14,167
He's got a good attitude but not the ability. MacLeod and Barrie are the ones who have the talent to make it with us in the long-term.

hooooootchy 405
Shows a willingness and desire certain players could learn from ,as a football player he's not great . If hes the future were in trouble
Wearethepeople72 1,859
He is hot and cold. One minute he's good the next he's shite. I suppose many wingers are the same at that age though.
onefootwillie 1,519
Can't fault his effort also he does not hide when the going gets tough or he is not playing well. I think he will do all right for us. We could do with all the team having his attitude

coopsleftboot 5,512
Aird is one of the better youngsters and he divides opinion greatly on here. Can you imagine a team of worse players than Aird trying to get us through the divisions? Scary.
there'sonlyoneamoruso 1,724
I like Aird, he's direct, never hides and always gives 100%. Having said that he needs to work on the finer aspects of his game. He's still young enough, but under the current coaches I don't think he'll improve much. 1873bear 192
Good young player with great potential, some of the football experts in our support will try there hardest to destroy his confidence it's been that way with youngsters at our club for years. gogzy 31,195
as I said last week, as long as a player gives us 100% every game, then we can forgive them not being great.aird seems that type of player.

Courtyard Bear 41,357
A prime example of a young player with the potential to be a right good maybe even great pro, with the right coaching.Could also go the other way if not handled properly. JCDBigBear 10,981
I just don't see him making the grade. Too many things wrong with his game and no sign of any improvement.
