Him missing and likely being replaced by McCulloch makes this tie still well and truly on. Wasn't sure how his loan with Airdrie worked out, as if there wasn't a recall option (which i'm not sure either way) whether he would have to wait until next season?Yeah he would be eligible to play, his loan with Airdrie has expired, and as the offs are technically league games, there's no reason he can't play.
