Zelalem just isnt effective, I've said it for weeks. We look average and slow in possession when he starts.

Yes he is a tidy player and can pick the odd pass but he offers nothing else. He isnt aggressive and when he is more direct the move always peters out due to him not wanting to take a shot/play a pass sooner.
