Read that Southampton were interested in the boy . Would love to know what liewell has on their board that sees them regularly throw millions in the beasts direction for overhyped shite , or did the good old scottish media forget to tell us that the tarriers were now a feeder club for southampton ?

Aye, it puzzles me also, never known of a tie between the two clubs, maybe their scouts are taigs.

Their scouting system seems to be reading the record , sun, & cellic view, then just give liewell whatever fantasy figure he wants without haggling .

Why do so many on here forget Jim Baxter when it comes to world class players ?

Was there with Yashin, Kopa, Di Stefano. Eusebio, Gento, Puskas (and Denis Law) when the English played a World Select to celebrate 100 years of the FA.

Its a lesson we should learn. If a home grown talent shows even a modicum of  ability even over a really short period of time and against mediocre opposition we big him up to be a world beater. The EPL is awash with cash, we dont need to take the first decent bid that comes, in, we can afford towait as one of those clubs down south are always stupid enough to pay way over the odds.

The boy looks decent but he is no where near the ability or level of Hutton when he moved to Spurs - and Hutton was doing in in the Champions league and at International level.

Apparently after his two goals against hearts at the weekend he's now the man to tear our fragile defence apart.

That's what one of the bheasts in my work said this morning. Apparently he will ruin Lee Wallace...

The guy doesn't have a clue.

Lawwell's attempt to pimp out more players to Southampton in order to pay off the Co op loan.

Said the exact same thing when he got his call up to the International team..The mhanks and their lapdugs in the mhedia work hand in hand with these crazy predictions and proclamations..Not even played a full season and he is going to be World Class..blah blah blah..

In all seriousness how the fuck can they say that about a guy who has played about a dozen games against SPL dross, a handful of games where they got horsed in Europe, and what, 45 minutes in a meaningless international bounce game? I don't know who's worse, the "journalists" who start this shite or the dumb fucks who believe it.
