Funny how he stopped that once enough Jambos pointed out he used to go to Tynecastle as a wean, then he'd backtrack to he'd go to both teams' games - one with his dad, one with his uncle - and gradually dropped the pretence. The cunt is the worst kind of enemy, the enemy that is within. I've met far too many Protestant apologists in my day. Thank God for the likes of Cromwell and Knox being no such cowards. crazy bob swollenbaws 1,866
Listened to sportsound today. With speirs and g smith. Speirs was giving it laldy about how lns only cleared us as far as the player registration was concerned. Not as far as an advantage we had thru paying 40% less for players than we should have had. He then proceeded to say our directors new what they were doing etc and that it was shameful etc what thwy did. He basically ignored gordons smith point about none of it being tax evasion. Now get this. At the end of the programme speirs then starts going on about how the ebt case was so complex and it took ywars and many experts to come to a decision. He acknowledged that thousands of companies used ebts. Most of these would have been used in good faith. And yet he essentially accuses our directors of defrauding the taxman for such a complex case. He gave us no benefit of the doubt at all. It really is time we sued this guy.

But it must have given the Ibrox club a considerable advantage to have all this extra money to spend, and invest in playing assets, when in fact the cash should have been the keep of Her Majesty's collectors. What extra money to spend you reprobate? Where do these idiots get this extra money argument? If we paid player z 100% of his salary and didn't deduct tax as paye because he has an EBT.... 100% of his money goes to him!! I don't understand their argument of extra money to spend?? Rangers would still in any tax scenario have to pay out the 100% nett amount regardless. The only beneficiary is the player with the reduced tax. He now has more cash in his pocket, so where is this extra money Rangers saved and spent elsewhere??? Btw virtuoso your not the reprobate, spiers is? It's absolutely desperate Exactly. Was used in good faith. No suggestion of illegality. No one can tell us what rule we broke. It took numerous experts years to decide what the tax liability was so unfair to level accusations of cheating. We should be going legal on this guy. Club1872 should ask the club to hold a friendly. Proceeds to go to a joint RFC and club1872 controlled legal fund . Do it publicly as well.

At the end when speirs admitted how the ebts had so many tax minds stumped for so long, smith should have replied with "So how come RFC directors are meant to have known all this? Given so complex how specificaly did they cheat? And who specifically are u accusing? " ask him those and he is finished.
