I do think if they get beaten once they will fall apart for a few weeks.

But for every game like this there is a Hamilton round the corner.

True. But I have a feeling Murty knows this, and so will our team now.

Remember big Marv. BELIEVE!;

Even more worried about st.Johnstone on Saturday after tonight. I believe some in our squad will thinks it's a case of turning up.. That's when it'll bite us

Er no..

Need to concentrate on securing 2nd this season and maybe winning the Cup, that would be progress..

We were pish the night.. but there are some bright lights - McCrorie, Morelos, Windass adding goals to his game and his pace may trouble the Fenians..

Truth is they will probably strengthen in Jan too..

We got outplayed tonight though we won. Three weeks ago this thread would have been a nonsense, So perhaps short answer is, almost certainly not.

Realistically, the full squad is still weak, and we still have  players who lack consistency or proven ability. Injuries or suspensions could hit us hard. And we still can't expect decent treatment from most of the refs.

But unlikely events can happen, and who knows ?   The game against cellic could turn things round, the wee bit pressure then could affect them. A decent manager brought in would certainly be a boost. Then there's the transfer window, couple of good experience players coming in, who knows......

Best thing for now is the character, optimism and spirit is back. And you never know, maybe we'll start believing again soon.....

Go get a chug mate, all the excitement is going to your head.

It's amazing what a win does . Even when the performance is staring us in the face .

We lose tonight .This place would have been oh so different

Happy we won tonight big time,  watching how we did it . Hands were on head at times

We're 5 points (8 at most) behind celtic, it's not the biggest gap that's ever existed between us. We played shite but we ground out a win and it's that mentality and ability to win ugly that a team needs to have in order to win the league.

celtic have scrapped by with some results, Motherwell and Hibs have both looked to beat them this season and other games it's just a dirty 1-0 grind.

We go on a good string of games and they keep dropping points and it won't be that far-fetched an idea winning the league this season.

The league is far from over and it's disgraceful so many have thrown in the towel when we're effectively only half way through the season.
