Corrupt officiating again

Similar names but you're confusing me with another poster.

I'm critical of the cries of corruption and agendas. The referees are in general not up to the standard required, as seen by multiple decisions both for and against us (Bates' handball against Hibs being an obvious one off the top of my head that went in our favour), or decisions not even involving Rangers at all.

I'd need to watch the incident with Bates again but it looked soft to me, the tackle on Tav with the studs up arguably should have been a red card.

You say refs arent up to the standard required, but critical of agenda and corruption calls, so tell us then any other team that had a red card rescinded twice in 3 months, have 4 players injured through unpunished aggressive behaviour against us, and in the last 2 games has seen a ref book a player for what the rules of the game class as a violent conduct offence therefore  a red card

Falkirk play morton next, if muirhead plays a blinder, maybe scores or makes a game defining tackle etc, the morton boss and chairman should be booting the doors of hampden down asking why he wasnt suspended and for thomson to explain his actions

Same thoughts as the other game, if the ref sees violent conduct kick or punch, then it's an automatic red. It's not something you warn someone about they've harmed another player so it's pretty much two red card infringements, violent conduct and an endangering a player.

The referees aren't fit for purpose at all. They need to revise the laws of the game and get it right. And the club should be pushing that just like how celtic done it.

Even if you look at the penalty calls at the weekend,

Kilmarnock get denied a penalty with the killie player even getting booked for complaining (again refs getting away with game altering decisions but not needing to explain their actions) and celtic get a penalty outside the box

Every referee is just plain incompetent and likely couldn't even conspire to tie their laces. And it affects the game and endangers players.

They shouldn't be refereeing any high profile game or any game in the spfl, and stay in the championship or lower until they prove themselve compotent enough to enforce the law of the game. With suitable and compotent refs being brought in.

Did McGregor not get a retrospective ban for trying too kick somebody despite not making contact

He did, against Aberdeen, then, a few months later at Parkhead Samaras knees McGregor in the head for no reason just when he's just picked a ball up and there was nothing done about it. All we ask is consistency and fairness!

Btw Morelos push is because the Falkirk player is holding him by the neck at the back of him. You can’t see it from the camera angle but I was moved to BF2 yesterday and you can see it from there. So it was a retaliation to a player trying to rile him up.

The punch on Bates is embarrassing btw, it sums up this shite country and it’s “football”.

There's another horrendous tackle that's hurt a player and all that happens is play on and a talking to.

Dorrans and Jack are injured because referees have failed to do their job properly.

That doesn't make any sense. The refs failed to do their job AFTER the horrific challenges on Dorrans and Jack. Him doing his job and sending the offending players off wouldn't have resulted in our players no longer being injured.

See if referees dish out cards earlier and control the game from the first minute instead of letting players off with overly physical play (something that Scotland hasn't moved on from) those tackles that have cause injuries are a lot less likely to happen.

Ref been announced for Sunday yet? Kinda expecting it to be Collum tbh.

Didn't Collum do the new year game, can't see it being Beaton as he has done us and them in his last 2 games same reason to rule out Thomson as he did us yesterday

Following recent complaints by Rangers fans, the SFA have decided not to use a top tier official, but rather a part time referee from the Junior leagues... who has a fulltime job elsewhere.

Father Declan O' Shaun is the confirmed ref.

Aye but I think in MMA, you're allowed to kick.   Actually we've had a couple of bans IIRC for incidents missed by the fenian in black the referee

Some players on field antics (broon in particular.) Would land them in court if it was not on the field and yet the referees see fit to give them no sanction whatsoever.

The compliance officer should get powers that allow prosecution beyond what is in the referee's report.

Aye seen a guy up the town get arrested for slide tackling a cunt then pulling his jersey.
