One referee's yellow card challenge can be only a foul to another referee. There should be some sort of play off or even a penalty shoot out if that's too difficult to organise with the time constraints. Bullshit way to go out but I would actually rather just flip a coin or something like others have said 1 referee will see the game differently to others and could also be card happy meaning they get knocked out and the referees the centre of attention again.
