Ffs.

That's the police you've quoted not the sfa

I know. I was agreeing with SLM that the buck will stop with the police,  but I still feel the SFA didn't give them enough intel to have the Croatian visitors monitored and escorted to and from the stadium and that celtic have all their visitors escorted whatever the number.

That cunt Raman bashwash asking Gerrard about trouble last night, why? Was Brenda asked about taigs hanging effigies from stand.

It's so they can edit it to make it sound like Stevie G was lambasting the Rangers fans and that's exactly what happened. My son phoned last night to say he heard it on the radio in the way home from work and it was made to sound like Stevie G was raging b3cause of the us. It's a joke.

Sweetheart, ffs. The SFA won't have any intel. It's not their job. It's that simple.

Their not an investigative agency Ffs.

That's the police job. The sfa are not responsible for the police on paisley road west.

The police know they  f-cked up big style and the PR machine is out to Push the blame from them.

The same with the cup game they were a shambles but again all the blame headed away from them .

The problem is they have to many police who are wimps and can't deal with real situations due the type of ppl they employ .

But they are responsible for knowing what visiting clubs have a bad reputation as visitors. This is what I mean by intel. If they don't get involved then why do celtic always have their visitors monitored and escorted?

Then explain to me why they are part of the liaison team.

Liaison team for what? What is their full title and job?

Don't have a clue if they are or aren't. Changes nothing regards football gathering and disseminating hooligan intelligence. Whatever it is they're doing, they're not involved in that.

Apart from anything, police forces wouldn't/couldnt release that kind of intelligence to football associations. Not that they'd need to. Imagine the scenario...

PS 'hi SFA. Can you contact the Croat FA for the Croat police intelligence and get back to us with it. Ta.' Rather than, you know, PS just contacting the Croat police (the actualmintelligence gatherers). Cutting out two middle men.

The police have literally said they didn’t deem Osijek a big enough threat or whatever. Its their job, not the SFA’s

Building the intelligence picture therefore is very important in that regard and through close liaison with our Divisional colleagues, football authorities and the clubs themselves, Police Scotland is able to identify issues, locations and emerging trends and put measures in place which will assist in mitigating the risks associated with these individuals.

That doesn't say 'we ask/rely on the footballing authorities for their Intel.'

Liaising can mean a lot of things. Try reading that again and think what else it could mean. And anyway, clearly from that PS regard it as their own responsibility to collate all info and come up with strategies. So even if the SFA were involved in intelligence gathering and sharing, how do you know it's them that's dropped the ball, rather than one of the other organisations the police say they liaise with?

Accusations towards the SFA make no sense however you look at it.

Bottom line is polis done up like a kipper by 50 bams aided and abetted by the rotten mhob and as per trying to shift blame onto usual suspects helped by mheejah collaborators especially bbc heedrum hodrum who are in their element as their reporters can with glee come away with 'and here we are AGAIN reporting on off the field problems at Ibrox rather than the football' !
