Iggy666 1,096
He was a rock last night. Jack and Arfield are learning so much from Gerrard. Get a good quality midfielder in January. Someone who can split a defence with a pass and we will improve massively imho.

Smile 23,661
Need better in the middle tries hard but an average midfielder would be a good squad player.

Middleton made some really good runs in behind and not a single midfielder was capable of putting a ball over the top for him. Desperately need someone who can dictate play in January What? DeanMK 3,831
I thought Coulibaly was awful last night. Seemed off the pace and was absolutely done in after 50/60 minutes.

Queensferry Bear 3
I like Ryan Jack but I didn't think he played well last night. His passing in the first half was poor but second half when we had to roll the sleeves up and dig in he was better, put in a good shift and covered the area in front of the back four well. Think he can be a bit limited on the ball at times but generally agree he would have a place in our strongest midfield at the moment.

They are good at the breaking down, harrasing and chasing but they are quite poor sometimes in their distribution. Even some short passes let them down, so yeah a creative midfielder going forward would give us greater strength.
