Back when commentators geniunly sounded interested when we scored a goal.

What a cup final that was, had it all.

We were always winning that final after that went in aswell.

Wee bugbear of mine is keepers who know they are facing a decent deadball striker & allow themselves to be beaten on the ‘short’ side.

While I don’t want any of Borna’s to be saved, he puts the good ones in the same spot every time & I seriously wonder if anybody studies him & why they position themselves to get beaten like they do.

Was watching DU’s keeper get set up today & felt he’d taken note & was getting himself set up in the correct spot.

And then Tav stepped up and smacked it into the other corner!!!👏👏👏

How great to have not one but two guys who can do the business!

Here a re a few crackers.....

Stevie Smith gets a wee shout out too.

Thats a great watch.

It's unusual to have two free kick experts in a starting 11 like we do with Tav and Borna.

Great for driving up quality as one tries to outdo each other.

And Covers either side, Left and Right footers.

Then Kent and Hagi who are not too bad at FKs too.

They are both tremendous at going forward, both have excellent delivery.

Said for year imagine having someone in there that can head and a Poacher like Defo. Deadly.

Much improved at Set Pieces this year and genuinly feel we are going to score at all freekicks and Corners.

Need to keep hold of both, Massively important to how we play.

Not the best ever but it's up there with the greats now.

Yeah, not the best ever.

Is probably the best "text book" free kick I've ever seen though. It had absolutely everything.  Distance, Composure, speed, accuracy.

No one even scores goals like that in computer games.
