No one knows what’s happened behind closed doors, what if it’s something that means he couldn’t have kept him in the squad? What precedent are you setting that you get away with it because it’s a big game? And Morleos looks miles off being ready to contribute against PSV. It would seem there's been some sort of incident between Morelos/Gio rather than simply dropping him because we think he's not fit enough yet and isn't working as hard as we want. Unless of course if taking him with the squad was going to have a negative effect on the rest of the players.
