Beale at the boxing

Just switched on the boxing on channel 5 and there in the crowd is Michael Beale. Much as its good to see the gaffer get a mention there, surely he should be prepping for tomorrow's important friendly and/or be working on transfers.

Maybe moaning over nothing but in this crucial part of pre season you be spending every waking hour working on the season ahead

Where's the benefit in him not going? What's the upside in spending 3 or 4 more hours in the 'office' when all the playing staff are on Call of Duty?

With the amount of business already done this close season and the 2  signings that are still pending I reckon it's safe to say the gaffer has had a pretty hectic close season, and you could see from the training videos that he was very involved with the technical and tactical side of the training. A couple of the signings have come out and said it is Beale's hands on approach and the fact that he was travelling to talk to them personally about what he wants from them, that persuaded them to join our great club. Gonna give the boss a pass for a night out at the boxing letting his hair down this time.

He should be setting the example snd not be out enjoying himself the night before an important game

Maybe if they were training instead of playing computer games we would be in a better position as a club

So being miserable and not enjoying himself is setting an example?

Do you work 100 hours a week? If not, why? What are you doing on a Rangers forum when you could be working. You should be setting an example.

The guy works 25 hrs a day and then people complain when he takes a night off.

I believe it’s a classic Rangersmedia ‘fishing’/banter thread. Or really boring thread you could call it.
Really wouldn’t get wound up by it the op is trying to be funny.

Not at all mate, saw him there at the boxing and didn't think it appropriate given it's the night before a game
