Would take a few players who's Great Great Granny once had a pal who visited Scotland for a week if it was allowed and would help us get past a fucking group stage tbh.

Given how happy the Germans were with the Scottish fans maybe in 18 years there would be some incredible talents running around that could play for Scotland.

Find all that a bit infuriating because of what happened on the park tbh. It's pathetic to go there and get humiliated in one game, turn up a bit in another and then fill your pants in the last game, but talk about how much the Germans loved us, how great the National Anthem is when its belted out and sign petitions to play Germany in a friendly every year.

Mate just admit you fucked it, it's not like it's owen Hargreaves who never lived in England but played for them. He clearly felt English enough to play for the underage teams

Hargreaves had an English father so obviously qualifies by blood. Residence had nothing to do with it

So you take issue with someone who lived here for 10+ years but have none with a player that never set foot in the country he was representing? Some logic 😂

Logic, like residence, is not the issue, you’re  either English or not.

My argument is about the relaxing of eligibility

Gravy veins greetin about  VAR re-reffing games.

It's not, they're interpreting the current laws of the game. Which in the case of handball are fucking aids.

Tonight's pen is not on the ref or var, it's on the current atrocious interpretation of handball.

Fat wank.

Whether you agree with her or not , that woman is brilliant at explaining things .

It was interest listening to her explain that IFAB fuck with the rules to get what football expects.

Funnily enough the highest level players, the managers, the commentators and most likely the fans all seem to expect that sort of incident not to be a penalty.
Maybe we should be told who exactly takes the opposite view to that.
