England's winning goal comes from Gakpo winning the ball on the right wing and he gives a foul for nothing, instead of a promising attack for the dutch in injury time the English pass it about and score. The penalty was a joke and ruined the game, even FIFAs rules delegate was at a loss with it. And surely you don't think Gakpo committed a foul in the lead up to the England goal?
