If we finish behind killie and the sheep again then there’s no overall improvement. The results in Europe can only carry abut of weight for so long, fair enough we rose to the challenge vs that lot in 1 game but I look at the squad and club as a whole that we’ve been obsessed with beating celtic over 90 mins that we think it’s job done after we’ve won.
davis and Defoe won’t be an improvement for another 2-3 games yet.  But I’m really sick of teams with a fraction of our budget being more consistent than us- playing in more finals than us and also finishing above us.

Tavernier actually has had a good season so far.  He’s one of the last ones I’d be having a gripe with.

if eduard is valued at 9 million and Morelos has outscored him since they’ve both been in the same league then the fee has to be atleast double. It would be seriously illogical to think that Morelos is worth 8 yet others who play less and contributing less to other clubs can go for double that fee.

I totally agree that grezda looks terrible but as for windass I just can’t agree on him.  He started ok then you could see so many games where he was anonymous while all the interviews you see with him he thought he never had anything to prove to anyone.  Got to be 1 of the most deluded footballers in the history of football.  He’d be happy if he scored in a losing game.

The Benitez chat explains the constant tinkering but I’d say it’s a trait Gerrard has accidentally picked up.  I once saw Gerrard shake his head when Torres would get subbed at 2-1 and then Liverpool would draw.
rafa is great for defensive organisation but going forward it’s rigid and horrible- even when they won the European cup in 05 they were dreadful in the league and then winning vs juventus,they just seemed to stifle teams into boredom.   Hopefully Gerrard evolves more and takes more tactical influence from klopp.

For me we need atleast 3 midfielders. That also includes when Murphy and Dorrans are fit,  no matter who plays in the current side we are always inconsistent.  We 1st of all need a midfielder that can get 10 goals and atleast 10 Assists,then we need a no nonsense hard battling box to box midfielder- someone that can hunt down the ball and that can spray passes about,and an attacking winger type that will get another lot of assists and that can include corners etc.
we have too many players from clubs where winning is not the be all and end all-  we seriously need to stop thinking that losers like tavernier,candeias,arfield,Murphy,rossiter, and the rest will come good.  They’ll maybe have 3 great games from 10 and should never be more than squad back up players.   

The simple answer is we don’t players capable of winning games.  This team of chancers have proven time and again that if it’s not going for them then they can’t get a win.  Bunch of useless bastards and I’ll never change my mind until they do what a real Rangers team does

Our record this last few years vs hibs has been quite bad and don’t even get started on our humiliating record vs the taigs.
tavernier is the captain and if he’s showing psychological doubts for these 2 games then it will rub off on the rest.  Nothing less than 6 points will be acceptable, we really need 2 victories for a number of reasons

its time the squad stepped up if they want to be remembered as good winning Rangers team or just another set of players unfit to wear the jersey.  We can talk about taking 1 game at a time etc but it doesn’t change the fact that as a fan base we expect 100% effort and commitment and as always we always expect to win.
anything less than 9 points will and always should be regarded as failure for Rangers Football Club.  It’s what gave us the world record 54.  Accepting draws and what not will only get us 2nd at best.
