He's done a really good job so far to get us where we are/were and I like him as a manager. 
Some of his recent team selections are baffling though. This giving players minutes to keep them happy, part of the team or coming bk from injury has to get to fuck though. 
It's a title race, there is no place for giving shite like Scott Wright, Dowell and Barisic minutes. They are all pish and shouldn't be near our team.

No. If an attacking player encroaches, and a defending player doesn't, then its a retake if the penalty is scored, and an indirect free-kick if its missed (which it was) . So if no Hibs players had encroached, then Dickinson's decision would have been correct.
They did though, so it should have been retaken.

Big difference is if we win league we will be in pot 2 of CL next season. That should at least give us a chance to get 3rd in group, get the CL money and then EL football after Christmas. 

Roofe is finished at a high level. Injuries have followed him his whole career but it's blatantly obvious they've now got the better of him. 
I won't call him pish because on his day he was a player and done his part for us domestically and in Europe but they days are sadly long gone.

Thought the big man got the subs wrong myself. The midfield 3 were absolutely gassed and you could see it in the first half. 
He asked a lot of the players tonight with the tactics at the corners too. Like you say, they burned even more energy getting back to stop them scoring. 
I won't get angry at the big man, or even blame him (or blame anybody for that matter).

I think he would’ve made changes sooner but he clearly doesn’t rate or trust Raskin to come on. Other players were just back from injury. The game was decided in one moment so I think it’s really harsh to blame anybody for tonight. We lost to a good side tonight but it could’ve went either way.

Because we play Thursdays in Europe. If we go through tonight then we continue playing Thursdays and would be kicking off about EL Thurs then cup semi lunchtime on a Saturday. 
So they either give us the Sunday game, or wait to see whether we progress tonight and decide after that.

No guarantee and that's fine if your squads in the place where you only need 1 or 2 quality additions. We are not in that place, not near it. We need to replace 6 or 7 in the summer again and each one needs to be of a decent standard. Won't be chucking 8 million at a single player, not a chance.

There's no reason that we can't sign players of Silva's quality.  But we need to sign them before they go to a team in one of the big leagues like the EPL.
