Goodwillie To Sign For Blackburn Tomorrow

Recommended Posts

Mate I dunno how you can say he won't sign with such confidence. Yesterday ppl were saying the same thing about people being deluded and being daft to think we would sign him but you just never know...

If he was going to sign he wouldn't be spending the night in Blackburn. Its over mate, get your head round before you end up in the loony bin.

Again, not Gordon Smiths fault.

yes it is, after a couple of bids he should have read the situation and read between the lines and understood dundee utd were not going to sell him below the asking price. the fact that goodwillie was being tracked by other clubs should also have drummed in the requirement of working fast as well.

failled miserably on both counts

Dundee United want £2 million.

Craig Whyte only wants to pay £1.5 million (or whatever other offer we've made).

How can Gordon Smith offer Dundee United more money than Craig Whyte is prepared to part with for David Goodwillie ?!

doh

how the fuck can you say you're 80% he will join rangers? <cr>

this is getting more embarrassing by the second, mods should delete this thread before it gets worse...

I concur. (tu)

So fed up being linked with players and the endless speculation only to find out we lose out to a club that can't begin to compare with The Rangers for purely financial reasons.

This thread should be closed. Goodwillie is down in Blackburn being taken care of, and his transfer will be complete tomorrow after his MRI.

We have lost him and that is it, there is absolutely ZERO chance he will be a Gers player. Whyte and Co have a lot to answer for. Support was promised to Ally and he has not had it.

I think we need to let this go, and focus on cheering the boys on for a massive game tomorrow night. Plenty more strikers we can sign in due course, if Whyte can save up enough pennies.

smith should have got back to whyte and told him the situation - dundee utd WILL NOT part with goodwillie without getting the original asking price

the deal should have been over then and there, or the other scenario of whyte agreeing to up the goodwillie transfer budget would happen

doh yourself :wanker:
