Can’t see it,reconstruction will not happen Hearts will be relegated but will receive some sort of monetary compensation in an out of court settlement that will have confidentiality clause in it.

These cunts change the rules to suit themselves daily, but something is on the cards with budges statement, 'a number of positive talks with spfl blah blah blah', another carve up.

They won on points per game, I’ll assure you that if that gave them an advantage of 0.000001 points per game they would be giving the title today.  We deserved our chance to win the league just as Hearts deserved their chance of avoiding relegation.

Over 38games as rules stipulate.

Of course we deserved a chance albeit how slim it was but I still maintain being so many points behind was a gift for the SPFL to construct exactly how they could award it to them.

That’s exactly the issue, spfl fundamental issue was how to award them the title, clubs getting relegated unfairly was irrelevant. This is why this whole fucked up process needs taking to court and investigated.

There was no vote. Premiership clubs unanimously agreed that the season could not be finished. As per the resolution that was voted for, that meant the SPFL had the power to call the league.

This needs to be cleared up

The 81% voted for the SPFL resolution recommending the termination of the 2019/20 season in the Ladbrokes Championship, Ladbrokes League 1 and Ladbrokes League 2, with final season placings determined by points per game in league matches played to date by each club. and that “The position for the Ladbrokes Premiership remains particularly complicated. Everyone is aware of UEFA’s desire for the family of European football to work together to resolve the issues that confront us all. We are keen to work with UEFA and remain in discussion with them over the situation in Scotland. https://spfl.co.uk/news/spfl-clubs-to-vote-on-curtailment-of-ladbrokes-s

The talk of concluding the Premier league on the same basis as Ladbrokes Championship, Ladbrokes League 1 and Ladbrokes League 2 was only ever discussed in the media there is nothing in the resolution to say the premiership should have been concluded in the same way.

The SPFL have sneaked the PPG conclusion in as a way to end the premiership.

Cool. I would really like a prompt update from the club.

I’d prefer a considered response in good time 👍

something that states we didn’t give a view on Friday and therefore SPFL are lying bastards quoting “it was unanimous”

"However, if the SPFL Board determines that the remaining Premiership matches cannot be played, the Ladbrokes Premiership would also be terminated, with final season placings determined on the same basis".

This is a statement in your link.  PPG was part of the resolution for PL, it was only being deferred until it was decided games could not be played.

EPL: Hasn't called a clearly over league; team ahead by 25 points.

SPFL: Calls a not clearly over league; team ahead by 13 points.

:belm:

We should be asking something we know the answer to; but just to see what the SPFL say.

"Why has Scottish football decided there was 'no other option' than to call the league; when no other British league has? Especially ones that are clearly all but done?"

EPL now saying they'll call it if need be. Liverpool will get league title and teams will be relegated

I think a fair majority of them know , this wasn't just about the title

They will be over the moon , as the cabal carries on . The cheating and the cover ups will carry on to the next season. No probs

That is what will be getting their juices really flowing

Can’t agree more, that is in effect ‘sporting integrity’ which has been dropped like a hot potato because the current agenda required another banner.
We all knew this was going to be the final outcome and it’s a very bitter pill to swallow, however let’s see where the clubs next move takes us (if anywhere) going forward...

We all knew deep down that this was going to happen. The only positive to come out of this shambles is that the SPFL have publicly outed themselves to the world as the lying, scheming and biased thundercunts that we always knew existed and hopefully a shake up is in order.

I don't agree with all this shite about boycotting away games either. We'll turn up in numbers and let the fuckers know who has the greatest support in this cesspit of a nation.

Almost 1200 guests on here now , the manager, team and gutless board along with corruption in the game have made us look like fools again.........

They can do what they want, clearly. 10's a stick on when the whole SPFL is behind them in their pursuit of it.

Can anyone honestly see us playing games in front of crowds before the new year because I dont think we should be .

So if we make all results null and void since the new year we could pick up where we left off and finish the season.

Can you see either the SPFL or the mhanky mob going for it , would save all this talk of legal action

If it ‘sneaked’ by our - already proven to be hapless - legal department and inept board heads must roll.

Today everybody knew what they were voting for.

Awaiting a statement to clarify the nature of the vote and if it was ‘unanimous’

how could it be with hearts obvious objection and our clear position on anointing the terriers champs

That's cleared that bit up then. and also clears up that the board did NOT vote for the season to be concluded in this way but voted to just to end the season.
