I don't think pressure matters with Collum. I have never thought he is bent, he has given us inexplicable decisions too, he's just completely insane, and has no idea how to referee a football match. The more pressure on him, the more erratic he will be, and that could go our way but probably won't. 

What he done at St Mirren away is the closest to Walter Smith we have had since the great man himself.
he had everyone scratching their heads about players positions but it was all done with the conditions in mind, even the sub of Borna on for ridvan was because of a situation not because ridvan was having a bad game.
hes an astute manager with a certain way of playing but he will change it if the game/conditions need it to happen

It did go to VAR, they check everything.
The speed of the conclusion/the conclusion itself is fine to be annoyed about.
Suspect they will have asked the ref what he saw, the ref will have said both players pulling the shirts and that will have been deemed to not be 'clear and obvious'.

I don't think he's shown enough in the time he's been here. The "impact" he had last season was overblown, based on the fact Kamara had checked out. 
I did see some favourable stats for him recently (not goals and assists) but he doesn't pass the eye test. I do want to give him some time to get back up to speed after his injury but he's certainly not at the top of the midfield pecking order.
