I wouldn't be surprised if there were a couple of isolated scuffles as I saw a handful of over-lubricated FCM ultra kids mouthing off and, to be fair, the Midtjylland fans aren't used to seeing their team get ripped apart on their own ground that often. The ones around me lat night were utterly stunned by the way the game went. It was no worse than your standard Saturday night pissed-up ned stuff though.
However, 99% of what I saw both in Herning town centre and around the ground, were people swapping tops, giving each other thumbs up and generally having a laugh. After the game, I saw a lot of Bears, in small groups, walking through the FCM end and car parks, just singing songs and enjoying the win. The Danes, as they usually do, were taking it in their stride and enjoying the spectacle.
I thought both sets of supporters were tremendous last night and showed just how you want fans to create an atmosphere but also how to handle victory and defeat.
Hats off to the Polis and stewards too. Low key, mellow and joining in with the spirit of the night. 

I'm starting to get Laudrup type love for the big bastard. Brilliant performance. Been saying for a while he's ahead of Goldson for me.

Was the real workhouse in midfield tonight, breaking things up, hassling their midfield, covering in defence, leaving Aribo and Arfield the space. Kamara was the one that didn't stand out tonight, but we know there's a great player there too. 
 

The fact that he lost the ball in his first three or four runs with it but just came back for more tells me he has the bottle to play for us.
Train and polish his game over the next year and he could be something special. I already love his attitude.

Shut a fair few up tonight,outstanding performance. 

Is absolutely fucking brilliant.  Actually our best defender.  Was superb the night aswell.

And aye the best bit about him is he MISSES PLAYERS OUT WITH A PASS
been fucking screaming at our CBs for ages to do that man. Speeds up the play so much and gets us going again 

Edmundson was solid but so far mate it's Goldson who has been the "poorest" of our CBs in pre season and competitive football so I agree his position shouldnt be safe but I think Gerrard trusts him more than anyone else. 
Put poorest in inverted commas there because nobody has been that bad tbh we have looked OK its typically when the ball has been turned over by our midfield with slack passes etc our defence has come under a bit of pressure

First poll about "Can We Win the Treble" / "Who Replaces Gerrard" will be up by the end of July. 

Folk that make any serious kind of judgements based on friendlies & 2 games against a part-time side are absolutely for the watching.
