SasaPapacLoyal 348
Just a heads up to any bears staying in Herning tonight. A few Danish “ultras” stoating about trying to steal flags and scarves etc. Quite a bit of fighting near the stadium. Stay safe No apology, no surrender Bobby Hume, Bigdave30 and Gman36

siddiqi_drinker 14,635
2. Scots can party (positive comments) It was a party to be in Herning all Thursday, where more than 1,000 Glasgow Rangers supporters from the morning created a good atmosphere in the city's pedestrian zone. The first beer was reportedly sold already at 9. But also on and off the MCH Arena the Scots made a positive note with bagpipes and lots of singing. Praise must also be heard for the FCM supporters who managed to overpower the many fellow traveling Scots until the score a few minutes before the break. cascadeshrimp, Bobby Hume and Blumhoilann

Went away numerous times alone to our games 18-20 years ago via my then RSC and always see familiar faces ect and no chance a relatively small team in Denmark is taking that on. johanhentze

BILLYBOY50 1,638
Copenhagen was brilliant last time I was there years ago for the lyngby game Everyone was so friendly even the polis. We had a great time in the bars and in the square before the game.

Popular Post TheMotor 2,208
I wouldn't be surprised if there were a couple of isolated scuffles as I saw a handful of over-lubricated FCM ultra kids mouthing off and, to be fair, the Midtjylland fans aren't used to seeing their team get ripped apart on their own ground that often. The ones around me lat night were utterly stunned by the way the game went. It was no worse than your standard Saturday night pissed-up ned stuff though. However, 99% of what I saw both in Herning town centre and around the ground, were people swapping tops, giving each other thumbs up and generally having a laugh. After the game, I saw a lot of Bears, in small groups, walking through the FCM end and car parks, just singing songs and enjoying the win. The Danes, as they usually do, were taking it in their stride and enjoying the spectacle. I thought both sets of supporters were tremendous last night and showed just how you want fans to create an atmosphere but also how to handle victory and defeat. Hats off to the Polis and stewards too. Low key, mellow and joining in with the spirit of the night.
