Gerrard's full tenure, including players who were absolutely dog meat, we still didn't lose by this margin.
Tonight we were down 3-0 by HT.
Gio has no idea what he's doing.

Is it though?  Seems to me like anothjer knee jerk reaction. We didn't lose yesterday because of our midfield.
If Alan McGregor doesn't drop the ball for the first we win 3-2 If Bassey doesn't fresh air the second it's 3-1 If McGregor deals with the third better it's 3-0 We as expected had the lion share of possession and had about 25 shots on goal.  Nothing to do with the midfield.  People need to calm the fk down.

The main frustration is when we get in front there is this desire to play within ourselves,  at the 85th minute today we pretty much chucked it on terms of trying to do anything in attacking areas,  criminal as there was always going to be a large amount of stoppage time.
It's extremely annoying that we pretty much always let the opposing team create an opportunity to take points from us.
Game management is just so poor.
When Gio first came in i thought we were doing this because of the tough schedule,  im hoping that's still the case but it's alarming that we haven't really gave anyone a proper doing all season when we should have a squad more than capable.

Games are controlled by the midfield. It's been a long time since our midfield actually dictated a game and controlled the tempo. Last five minutes today was shocking and stringing more than two passes together seemed to be beyond them. Bringing the likes of Lundstram on is a complete waste of time and they should be looking to move him on asap. Even if we had seen the game out today it wouldn't disguise the fact that there are serious problems at the moment.

£7m is nothing in the English PL and championship. They are paying that for youth players with potential. We have no-one else that comes close to what Kent offers us.
Flair players don't do it every game unless you're talking about a Messi or Ronaldo. I wonder what these RM posters would have made of the likes of Davie Cooper or Baxter.

They were technically superior as well: they actually passed to their own players most of the time. Our consistent loss of possession was a scandal; it looked at times as if some of our players had not seen a ball before.

I'm totally underwhelmed by the last 2 transfer windows. We have spent basically nothing and signed squad player after squad player. This window we have Souttar who won't play until next season and Sands who is also a squad player. I'd argue we have not signed anyone who will improve our first 11. If we don't improve we could well be in trouble as you say. It's hard to say what will happen second half of the season but it's clear that celtic have improved from last season. Frankly I don't think we have, in fact i'd say our levels are below last year, and our signings have not made things any easier. It is imperative we sign one player who can start for and improve us, in midfield and in this window. No more potential or squad signings. I don't blame Gio for this. He has shored us up and got us playing better, but it doesn't hide the fact we are really lacking some quality. We need someone dynamic and attack minded to come into the side. There may be things going on behind the scenes but the early window positivity of getting deals done early is being replaced with no movement at all. Surely the board have to be aware of the significance of this season.

Get what you’re saying but i’ve said it before there’s a massive reliance on Kamara, Aribo and Morelos in that team.

Let’s not kid ourselves, Wright and Hagi aren’t good enough and Kent still flatters to deceive a lot of the time. Those 3 positions and the 8 position are now paramount since we stopped the full backs attacking.

The fact is that we were well outplayed and fortunate to get a point. We had a midfield consisting of one man,Kamara. The players looked as if they had never seen a football and did not know how to use it.I have never seen so many misplaced passes for years.
Aberdeen certainly got the better of the McCrorie/Wright deal and controlled  most of the game. Hard to judge Sands who looked shell shocked at the aggression and combating nature of the game and disappeared in the second half. We need midfielders back soon or the rest of the month will be hard.

When posters say we have depth-they’re right in respect we have a lot of 6 out of 10s. Lundstrum, Arfield, Davis, Sands, Bakuna, Wright, Itten, etc and a few 7s in Hagi and Sakala
Other than Kent we had nobody on the park tonight who looked capable of creating anything from open play.
Missing Aribo is unquestionably massive. Kent, Morelos, Aribo front 3 is dangerous and exciting.
But too many kidding themselves on that we have the most “quality” depth in the league.

Djokovic a well known anti vaxxer has refused for months to confirm his vaccination status yet has according to some reports has a letter from the Australian government granting him an entry visa to play tennis. This has nothing to do with money, of course.
Meanwhile Australians have to prove vaccination status to be allowed back into THEIR COUNTRY and many have been denied entry dependent on where they departed from.
Australian government and bureaucrats have fucked up on this big time and it will not be forgotten come election time.
Meanwhile I hope tennis fans boycott every one of his games if he is allowed to play.

Overall I thought it was a fitting tribute although of course would have liked more on us considering the time he was at Ibrox. Wee bit disappointed they focussed so much on that interview for his family watching. Did they need to show it almost in its entirety unbleeped?

Otherwise thought it was good and only reminded us all of the utter class of the man. Rangers class.  Thanks for your service Walter. 💙

Not true mate, I've seen on the news that they have run the lab tests and it is a very mild variant.....it's because it is easily transmitted that is causing them to panic....whilst they fanny about worrying about people catching the equivalent of the cold the emergency services are getting stretched because of isolation which puts other lives at risk because they may not get the medical treatment they need in time

Think folk 'turning their nose up' are folk who see an average at best defender with a bad injury record. Looked poor against us the other day and was at fault for our goal.
I get the appeal with him being Scottish and not costing an arm and a leg however.
