docspiderman got a reaction from Sunglasses Ron in Gio
If we are honest failure to see out games has been a problem all season. Under Gerrard the same pattern was there, go ahead then slow the tempo down to pub team pace, pass the ball about the back, lose the lead through lack of concentration. I asked then if it was arrogance, laziness or lack of hunger. Today to lose a 2 goal lead, having 73% possession 20 plus attempts on goal was unforgivable letting Motherwell into the game after half time was amateurish. It is happening too regularly and even if we beat Celtic twice I fear we will lose more points than them to the rest of the pack.

docspiderman reacted to STEPPS BOY in What do we do?
One of major issues is that Gio has no faith in some of his squad.
We’re asking the same players to play 90 minutes 3 times a week now.
Guys like Morelos and Kent were out on their feet on Thursday but had to play ninety minutes, and then start today and as game went on they looked spent again.
Arfield and Aribo too but the fact is that there isn’t any back up.

docspiderman reacted to sassaaaa in Time to bring in VAR
That disallowed goal shows that VAR goes for fuck all and would have zero changes up here.

docspiderman reacted to plymouthranger in Corners
Agreed, but we concede goals from in-swingers because McGregor can’t come off his line.
Nowadays sides rarely use in-swingers as they’re much easier for a keeper to come and gather, but in our case we encourage the opposition to do so. Problem is, it’s much easier to score off an in-swinger if you make contact, as the momentum of the ball is going in that direction.

Pointless thread, haven't seen anyone say they won't be backing the team anymore.

docspiderman reacted to JCDBigBear in Ross Wilson's contribution
We will get nowhere with a team of Bosmans and bargain basement players. Sakala, Lundstram, Souttar, Balogun, Ofoborh, Bacuna, Wright, Simpson, etc..

docspiderman got a reaction from falkirkNS in Diallo
He looks just what he is; raw and inexperienced in a new league in a team which everyone wants to take down , signed for 19 million by the masters of transfer fuckups, having made 4 sub appearances in senior football. No wonder he looked so far out of his depth at Parkhead and unable to respond to pressure at Tannadice.

docspiderman reacted to MurrayWilson in Diallo
To be fair if that phased him today then he is never ever in a million years making a player at Man Utd. There are a few clubs in the world that you have to show at even an early age that you can cope with pressure, Rangers and Man utd are 2 of them. The boy wasnt contesting 50/50s. You can have ability but it aint enough at clubs where you absolutely need a certain mentality. Would have to say he is never making it.

Thing is with those players, those players have contributed all season!!
This "wonderkid" diallo has done fk all, listen, you can just tell hes not up for it.
Wrong movie secene comes to mind.
Not what we need, just another number to a squad of 25!
We need somwone who changes games in jan!

docspiderman reacted to demise in Corners
I dont understand how on earth we decided to use an unfit Helander instead of Bassey at CB and Barisic at LB. Helander looked miles off pace and would probably need another few weeks to get match fit.

Your laughable if you cant see it.
Rather blood lowry who can open a defence or show more than some other teams "prospect"

Very weak bench; the old firm game showed how far out of his depth Amad was and this is another level. Wright will never be more than a bit part player more suited to a bottom six team. Davis a season too far, King a couple of seasons too soon.

I don't get this Sands love affair in the support. He's played centre back against Anna athletic. In midfield he was hardly setting the world alight for me either.

Not a fan of playing a completely new system for our team in a competitive game against any team never mind a class one.

10 years later and - amazingly - we are still to see the definitive version of events. It still astounds me how little flak David Murray has attracted for his pivotal role in the whole debacle. Whyte was a convenient patsy for what followed but the bulk of the blame without a doubt lies with Murray.

docspiderman reacted to glasgow argyle in Scottish Cup Draw
Officially the away club are entitled to 20% allocation as per Scottish cup rules , so potentially 10,000, but if we are at home I suspect they would receive the full broomloan rd only. Due to segregation issues And if we are away? We would get the same number limited to 7,500 and not 12,000 as per rules.

Had a bad dream about that last night for some reason.
Ten years ago I was on holiday in New Zealand when I was woken by a text from my son about 3 am local time telling me about the administration. Thought it was a nightmare and then found it was true.

docspiderman reacted to bluenoz in Lundstram
Kamara has gotten a lot of stick since the OF game. In my opinion, it is an overreaction. Kamara is one of our steadiest players. Like Jack, he seldom loses possession and I want that always.
Since the celtic game, he barely makes most posters team selections. It boggles my mind. Incredibly undervalued player amongst our support.
Lundstram has played well but Jack and Kamara are the better players.

docspiderman reacted to Jimfanciesthedude in Kent
How does this work, you're saying kent under gerrard used to cut inside and beat up to 4 men, but under gios tactics where he's asked to beat one man (the fullback) the system is stopping him from doing so?
"sorry boss your system is stopping me from taking their fullback on 1v1, but change the system and I'll defo be able to go by 2,3 or 4 of them no bother" 🤣

docspiderman got a reaction from Nk89 in Bassey
Thought he was one of our better players and one of the few who looked as if he was up for the game and showed urgency.Certainly gave a lot more than Barasic.

docspiderman reacted to graeme_4 in *****The Official Rangers v Hearts Match Thread*****
Don’t have the baws to play the difficult pass forward, and the midfield are awol half the time. The way Jack took the ball and drove forward was a bit of an eye opener.
-
docspiderman got a reaction from graeme_4 in *****The Official Rangers v Hearts Match Thread*****
That is why I cannot understand why our players are intent on passing back to him at every opportunity. Free kick, throw in in the opposition half and the ball ends up back to McGregor to shank out of play or straight to opponents.

docspiderman reacted to Bigdave30 in Ring the changes Gio!
This team looked like it was falling to bits before Gio came in.
Theres more reasons than the allure of the EPL that Gerrard slinked out the door rapid IMO.

docspiderman reacted to graeme_4 in Scottish coach
We’re soft as fuck and never spoiling for a fight. We never back each other up on the park, apart from once with Griffiths this season. We are so passive. Never surround a ref. Barely cause a fuss until it’s way too late.
Although bringing in a BF or Scottish coach doesn’t help that IMO.
