I’d love to know the reasoning for an 8pm kick off for a friendly in January.
No reason for it not to be 7 or even 7.30.
Things like that discourage people from going

It’s not a negative though either.
I personally don’t use the fanzone before games but plenty do.
The new club shop is a better experience including the wee cafe and obviously the museum.
The actual building is a better look than what was there previously.
It clearly enhances the matchday experience for people 
Not understanding the negativity at all im afraid or is it just let’s have a go at the board for the sake of it?

Visited the Museum today on a stadium tour & museum ticket. Highly recommended. The museum was better in real life compared to a video I watched.
The stadium tour included the Blue Room (directors do the loving cup there), the manager's office, away dressing room, home dressing room, down the tunnel and sit in the dugout and the trophy room.
The museum has a lot of exhibits and interactive displays. Some items moved there from the trophy room. Well worth a visit.
Keep on moving though because audio cuts out on some exhibits when they think no one is there :)

That’s not true. Every team we beat in the knockout stages on the road to Seville are in it this year.
We were genuinely unlucky last year with the draw. Napoli were the best team in Europe and we competed with them til the red card at Ibrox. 
Liverpool are Liverpool but we had King and Sands at centre back and they are bringing on Salah who is desperate to score every game.
The games against Ajax I just think we were caught in the headlights in the first game and the last game was basically a non event.
We will be in pot 2 for the new format so we can certainly compete with the right draw.

- Copenhagen got results against Man Utd + Galatasaray and qualified for the last 16
- Braga and Union Berlin both earned some points
- RB Salzburg beat Benfica in a group which Sociedad topped
- Feyenoord + Young Boys took points
- Shakhtar and Antwerp both took points off Barca 
There's no way you can say we can't expect to be competitive IMO. We have bigger budgets than Copenhagen, Braga, Salzburg, Feyenoord, Young Boys and Antwerp. In terms of wage structure and total budget we probably have a higher budget than Shakhtar too, but given they're owned by a billionaire they can buy who they want (good luck convincing people to move close to a warzone though).
I absolutely expect us to get into the Champions League and compete in the group stage as a bare minimum.
