First team players cutting about in tracksuits that don’t even have the fucking club crest on because it’s came off in the wash. Holt’s off completely and you can see Halliday’s peeling off!
To some this might mean nothing but to me first and foremost two guys who should be nowhere near our club. Exacerbated by the fact that our standards have slipped so much that we can’t even give first team players respectable kit when they’re representing the club. Yes we’ve got far bigger things to worry about but when I saw this it just fits in exactly with where we’re at as a club at the moment.

I have today sent the below letter to the Directors of Rangers Football Club. I hope others will look to do the same in order that we gather some sort of momentum for action and change.

    Dear Mr King,
I write to you as Chairman and a Director of Rangers Football Club following the totally unacceptable 4-0 defeat to our biggest rivals on Sunday 15th April.
In March 2015 Mr King assumed boardroom control. You and the other Directors have reigned during a time of embarrassing and disgraceful results – some of the worst in our history. Only twice in my life have I left a Rangers game early, both of these games were under your tenure – the 5-1 defeat to celtic at Ibrox and the 4-0 defeat to celtic at Hampden. I simply could not watch any more.
The loyalty of myself and other Rangers fans cannot be questioned. I and many others have followed Rangers through the hard times, with administration, liquidation and expulsion to the bottom tier of Scottish football being the lowest of them all. I and many thousands of others followed Rangers home and away as we made our return to the Scottish Premiership. We now feel that this loyalty is being taken for granted by the current administration at the Club. We have only won Scottish Challenge Cup and the SPFL Championship since the takeover in March 2015. It is totally unacceptable that our next chance of silverware will be in 2019 - 4 years since the takeover. By then we will have been 8 years without the League, 10 years without the Scottish Cup and 9 years without the League cup.
It has not helped that the Club seem to go from one managerial disaster to the next. The resignation of Mark Warburton, David Weir and Frank McParland in February 2017 was a disaster and took several days to be confirmed. The appointment of Pedro Caixinha on a three-year deal in March 2017 was followed by a 5-1 defeat to celtic at Ibrox in the April, losing for the first time to Aberdeen in 26 years in the May, and being humiliated in Europe by Progres Niederkorn in the July. Records were being broken but not the kind we want. It took the board until the October to sack Caixinha. Then there was the embarrassing and very public McInnes debacle which left Rangers without a viable replacement for Caixinha. The public pursuit of McInnes ruled out all other managerial options which may have been in consideration at the time. After all, who would want to be the second choice? This was a careless and costly error.
With seemingly no other option available, Graeme Murty was henceforth appointed as manager for the rest of the season with no experience of managing a club before, never mind one the calibre of Rangers. In this appointment, the Board effectively wrote-off the 17/18 season when we were still very much in contention for silverware. It is clear Murty’s team selections and tactics have been woeful. After Sunday he has clearly lost the confidence and respect of the team, and certainly the support of the fans. The players, manager and directors owe the Rangers fans a public apology for that humiliating display. How and why the Board continue to support Murty is unknown. It is imperative that he is now removed before we play the remaining 5 games of the season which are so important in determining where we finish in the league. We need to recover some pride.
It is apparent that there is a lack of any sort of public relations or communications strategy. This is evident through the managerial controversies with Warburton, Weir, McParland and McInnes. More recently, during the January transfer window, had the Club reacted quicker, the rumours circulating around the future of Alfredo Morelos and the transfer fee would have been silenced. Now the latest controversy follows after Sunday and surrounds several players - Kenny Miller, Lee Wallace, Alfredo Morelos, Greg Docherty, Andy Halliday and Daniel Candeias. Again, rumours are circulating. Our slow and weak response to events, in and out of the Club makes us a laughing stock to other football fans and to the press. Becoming proactive is key in once more establishing the respect we deserve.
In light of the above, it is difficult to understand how the Board can expect fans and others to invest money into the Club whether through share issues or season ticket renewals. The Board has shown little or no evidence that it can be trusted. How can fans be expected to renew their season tickets when the next managerial appointment is unknown? How can fans trust the Board to appoint a successful manager when the appointments of Caixinha and Murty have been disastrous? For too long the Board has taken the loyalty of the fans for granted. The Board has shown little competence to date. It is now time to either show the fans you merit the status as directors of Rangers Football Club, or you consider your resignation.

Could he be taking over from McDowell till the end of the season.
Felix Magath has refused to rule out a role in a restructured management team at Rangers.
A three-time Bundesliga-winning coach with Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg, the German legend purchased 810,000 shares in the Ibrox club in January.
And Magath has proxied his stake to the Rangers Supporters Trust ahead of a General Meeting Thursday which is expected to sweep the current board from power.

The appointment of a new football management set-up will be a priority thereafter, with Magath touted for a technical director role at the club.
Out of work since leaving Fulham in September, the 61-year-old declined to close the door on a job at Rangers, telling Sportsmail: ‘I would not rule it out.
‘I don’t know. At the moment I am fine. I follow things at Rangers closely. We have to wait for Friday then we will see what is happening.
‘I am keeping in touch with things, for sure. I am interested in the situation at Rangers because I have bought shares, so of course I have an interest. But I’m not involved as such. I have an interest, but I am not there. I am just waiting for the result of the vote on Friday like other people.’
Caretaker boss Kenny McDowall has already tendered 12 months’ notice and admits Saturday’s trip to Cowdenbeath could be his final game in charge.
Asked if it could be his last stand, McDowall said: ‘It could very well be, but I could have said that right from the start.

‘This is probably my last game, but I have handed my notice in and have 10 months or so to do and if I need to be here for the 10 months I have said all along that’s what I will do. Whether I am in charge or coaching — if the club need me I am here.’
McDowall has warned supporters that, even if King and allies Paul Murray and John Gilligan do claim the keys to Ibrox, it could still take five years to rebuild the shattered club.
‘I think fans understand the need to be patient,’ said the former No2 to Ally McCoist, ‘because they know what has gone on here. It won’t be overnight.
‘At least five years I think, until it can be what it was. The whole infrastructure has got to be looked at. It has pretty much been decimated over the last four years.
‘This is a long-term project, it’s not going to be fixed overnight. No chance. That’s why it’s so important whoever comes in that they get it right.’

If he demands a pay off package then he should never be welcomed back at Ibrox again. Look at Le Guen who refused his severance package despite being owed 2 years wages and he wasn't even a Rangers man.
McCoist has already made MILLIONS through our plight and continues to bleed the club dry despite it being painfully clear that he isn't up to the job.

How anyone can back this man is beyond belief. Ibrox will become a ghost town if the clueless one remains here

ally mccoist has failed in 9 out of 11 domestic competitions, any other manager in our history would have been chased for that sort of record

If I were one of the youths or peripheral players in that squad right now I'd be looking for a move in the January transfer window. This manager clearly has no faith in any of them.
As wonderful as it is to have this long 11-game unbeaten league run...in truth, given the size of this full-time squad compared to other clubs in this part-time division, would most not expect us to be unbeaten at this level?
I agree with those who suggest he won't take us forward or improve us.
I think he found his level last season.

I really don't want another ally debate however the bit from Rae....he wanted 5/6 players to give the supporters good football????? I mean do these guys think we are all clueless bottom feeders, yes there are some out there who buy into shit like that but c'mon this is embarrassing!
We are playing on a part time league with a massive budget and full time training....if ally can't get the best out of the players we have and introduce a higher level of performance and style of play then that's his fault....his signing record hasn't been the best so what guarantees are there these other 5/6 players would have made a difference? Also we are only allowed a certain amount of over 21's registered for the SFL so it was unworkable to bring in all these players....also our wage budget is astronomical at the moment for where we are and we are expected to feel sorry for ally when he wanted to increase that even more with no doubt more overpriced wasters!
Sorry but ally needs to get the finger out on the training field and develop the style of play and increase the demands on the players instead of he and his mates moaning about signings!

Dundee United captain Jon Daly says he has held talks with Rangers boss Ally McCoist over a move to Ibrox.
The Irishman has been a pre-contract target for the Third Division league leaders with his deal at Tannadice up at the end of the current campaign.
United have offered the 30-year-old the option of an extra year on Tayside with the player saying he is yet to decide where his future lies.
The 30-year-old revealed he had spoken to McCoist and says uncertainty over league reconstruction won’t have a big bearing on his decision.
He said: “I had a brief chat with Ally McCoist and we were just talking football, nothing to do with contracts.
“I’ve got a lot of time for Ally. He’s a good manager, he’s a good man and I’ve always had a lot of respect for him.
“It was nice to have a chat with him.”

Guy's Debate should be about Daly the footballer in regards whether he would be a good signing for Rangers Football Club, a few people say he has dodgy Knees and injury prone , some say 30 year old with no re-sale value i would presume he would be wanting a 3-4 yr contract, he has scored about 90 goals in his 15yr career so what would he bring to the table he hasn't had a full international cap ? IMO we could get a younger striker for half the wages i think this is a desperate signing from Ally.
