Far too fast and practically impossible to read each statement before it disappears. 
Unfortunately this will fail to reach it's target as most people will give up in  the first 30 seconds or so.

He may have dementia and be unfit to stand trial but there will be an exam of facts instead. Evidence will be given and a finding made. He may then be subject to criminal mental health orders depending on what the reports say.
He cannot escape it.
The Survivors still get their say and the court makes the ruling not a Jury. If the facts are established it effectively accepts that he is a paedophile. I did such a case not too long ago. There was no cross of the survivors as the accused was not fit to give a position. The facts were established and he was still registered albeit he did not get jail time but guardianship instead.
If he does have dementia, I hope it is long, slow and painful.

It's nothing to do with public health. If they cared about public health they wouldn't be going ahead with a full stadium tonight and they'd be happy to play with a severely reduced crowd because that would protect the public. Instead, they want to wait under the guise of getting full stadiums again - how is that good for public health?

Someone on The them thread has just said Record are reporting SPFL will have final say in this matter, Iirc they asked to be granted these special powers last season for exceptional circumstances and it was voted down.
