Today's performance is what you get from him time and time again. The fact he is undroppable is truly baffling.

Apart from Kiernan's howler, we've been not too bad. Should be winning no doubt. Garner needs to start getting in about their defence and be a genuine nuisance.

Bit more composure in front of goal would have resulted in a few more goals. MacKay yes has some nice touches but i wish his final delivery into the box was better, - if he did that he really could be player who can punish a team. All in all a good win.

Seemed to me we were back to what we used to be so good at; a pressing game. Hearts were on the back foot a lot of the time and we played some nice stuff at times. Going for the jugular is always preferable to the sideyways and backward passy games we have seen. Hopefully a corner turned.

Dont know whats happened to us. Where has the pressing, quick passing and movement game gone? We used to pulverise teams and the opposition weren't that much worse than St Johnstone jeez

The interviewer really gave him an easy time there. The questions needing put were: why has our midfield lost all of its drive and intensity; and what is going to be done about our shambles of a defence!!??

Really hope he's worth it for that amount ?

Can't help but like Tav but he also has a habit of running up the pitch, giving the ball away due to sloppy distribution and that immediately puts the defence under pressure. If he could improve on that he could just maybe, at a push, become a Sasa Papac. Now there was a great defender who could attack and defend.

Spineless individual. Why can't he just put his hands up and say 'sorry'? Too much to ask obviously.

As well as the defence of course Im afraid MW has to take part of blame as Stokes turned Tav inside out the whole game and caused us nothing but problems. Should MW not have changed things to counter that chunt. ?
