We beat them 4 times last season. An aggregate of 11-1. Just as well they worked us out, or it could have been embarrassing.

Probably not the popular opinion reading this thread but I feel much more comfortable with Douglas Park and John Bennett than I ever did with King.
The guy loves drama and attention. Club1872 are done so it's going to be interesting what happens with his shares. Imo he wouldn't think twice about causing us serious trouble to get his money back since his first choice isn't a goer.
If he wanted a say he should have stayed on the board where he had a voice, instead he is causing trouble yet again at a time where things are looking up both on the park and behind the scenes.
He's not acting in Rangers best interests with this campaign against the board.

There’s an argument on both (or 3 sides) sides to be fair. 
- Dave King wants his money back essentially, and has fallen out with the board as they prevented it. 
- The board doesn’t like being accountable to the fans, and treat us like shite quite frankly. 
- The ‘fans group’ is a shambles and filled with incompetent / power hungry sacks. Fans are dropping interest in it, which prevents DK from selling his shares to them. 
Ultimately the fans are the real losers, but we allow it as we’re doing well enough on the park and put Rangers above most things.

When he came here he had hunger to succeed and get a move to a better league which was driven by his circumstances growing up.
We should have sold after 2 or 3 seasons and picked up another striker to start the process again
Instead we gave him around 3 wage rises whilst basically pricing him out of a move.
This is his 5th season now in the SPL and we can only hope Gio can use his man management to tell him he needs to play for a move this season.
Otherwise we just have an overpaid unhappy forward on our hands for the next 18 months. Unhappy is maybe not accurate when you are getting 25-30k per week, shopping in cruise and spending a few nights a week in Sanctuary.
