A couple of bad games and his life is going to be a miserable existence.

What with being a rat bastard and all.

Nah mate !  Forgive and Forget , while building bridges . It's the Rangers way now . Little wonder the rest of Scottish football takes great delight at aiming some not so subtle digs and ripping the pish .

Was great today. Cleared up everything and signed off his last game at ibrox with the winner and man of the match. Good luck to the big man, would have loved him to stay though.

My thoughts exactly mate . A defender who knows his limits and seems to enjoy defending , a breath of fresh air after some of the centre backs we've witnessed in a Rangers shirt in the past few years . Best of luck to the boy and I hope he does well in the future , however I would like to think that our DoF has already identified the centre half position as a priority for next season and the boy won't be missed .

    Very erratic

Was a bluenose growing up to.

Along with Madden and McLean who's allegiances are supposedly with us , they seem to go out of their way to try to disprove these claims and end up with the sort of inconsistencies that we watched today . Not the worst I've watched , especially this season but really frustrating seeing some of the decisions today again .

This season , we have had to put up with some ridiculous performances from the officials that have been a big factor in our season , and not many of them at the hands of the usual culprits Thompson & Collum .

TBH , I would rather have a ref like Clancy or Walsh in charge of our games now than have someone who allegedly was a Bluenose in their youth .

It seems that far off I thought my imagination was playing tricks on me but I was sure there were bears in there on my first trip .

I think Hearts also got the whole of the Broomloan on their 2nd trip to ibrox the year they were going for the league .

I can remember Hearts getting an increased allocation for that game , wasn't sure if they got the whole Broomloan or just the rear . Wouldn't argue that it was the full 7500 .

I also remember the UEFA cup game against Bohemians when they were given the whole Broomloan for about a busload of fans !

Tarriers definitely got some of the Govan when it was first built .

Wouldn’t be surprised but the downside is that simpleton of a boy of his will be on our board for life because of Daddy

Park I’ll give the benefit of the doubt to as running the club says to me Robertson will get the punt, in that case bring on the change.

King getting to fuck would be the icing on the cake and shut the ones up who constantly say “who’s gonna take over from him there’s no one”

If G Park , who let's not forget was only appointed to the Board to look after his Dad's interests due to Dougie's personal issues at that time , managed to survive the Pedro fiasco , then I think it's safe to say that we're lumbered with him for the time being . Another one who brings fuck all to the Boardroom along with murray and johnstone .

I was told it was on the still existing and used line, but behind Helen Street cop shop there is a bit just off Ed Drive that looks like platforms that would have been on a now disused spur. Across from the wee Rangers pub.

Aye , that looks more likely . These other pics would suggest so , The bottom picture looks like the now disused spur on the right of the train .

As an aside , I only recently found out that Roddy Grant's late dad Bobby , played one first team game for us in the early 60's .

  7. I'm sure that I read somewhere that the station was next to the gas holder between the Albion and White City stadiums , and also served the line that was once behind the covered terrace / Centenary stand . Not sure when that line was closed , but sure we bought the cutting to infill with the old stand when we started the construction of the 3 new stands in the late 70's . ibrox1954.thumb.jpg.6f0b39ea4f84c3ff563fa37906150061.jpg

This picture is of the Ibrox area from 1954 .

Aye, him and Bill Miller were definitely later on.

Maybe the OP is referring to Paul Murray and his Troo Bloo Knights

    :sarcasm:

Bill Miller was interested in 2012 mate , same time as the blue knights , Kennedy etc .

    I'm going off Alfredo rapidly

Not because of this supposed bust up

Not even because he misses all our golden chances

It's because of that scowling little face when something doesn't go his way .

His demeaner is not one I like to see in Rangers striker

His torn we face must give shite defenders a psychological edge .Knowing he is not happy or not doing things right

It's putting me off him ..His constant missing of massive chances over a considerable period now is not really helping

I get where you're coming from mate , but being a torn faced cunt never done the likes of John Brown , Ian & Barry Ferguson any harm !

IMO we've asked a hell of a lot from a 21 year old who is still far from finished goods . His misses and decision making can be hugely frustrating but I think if the goalscoring burden wasn't primarily on Alfredo's shoulders that he would be more composed when chances arrive . While I appreciate that he should have scored more goals this season , I'm sure that most of us would have accepted 15-20 goals as a reasonable return from his first season at Rangers .

Any news on how the other player's wives, girlfriends, boyfriend (they do say 1 in 11 men are gay), bits on the side are reacting ?

Much more fun than giving them points out of 10 in my opinion.

They're all keeping quiet incase it fucks up their turn at the karaoke .

Not the most embarrassing result, but by far the worst performance. Full squad to choose from more or less, one off game, shite taig side, opportunity to stop back to back trebles, and we never fucking showed up. Not a single player got even a 1/10.

Ive always tended to be in the “it wasn’t that bad, get some perspective” camp after games against them these last few years, but that was something else. Worse than anything I saw under Pedro or Warburton. Probably the most disgusting Rangers performance I’ve ever witnessed.

Nail on the head there mate , Fuckin clueless from the Boardroom to the playing staff .

From the first couple of minutes it was obvious Murty's tactics were wrong , but the absolutely gutless and shameful performance from those asked to carry out the task is something else . Stayed to the bitter end and never so glad to hear a final whistle .

Won the appeal. Yellow taken away.

Was always going to be the case . Greg Aitken would have been on the phone first thing on Monday morning to apologise to Graeme Murty and Alfredo . That's how it works now , I'm sure I read Brenda say

Definitely renewing but looking move so the wee man can get the scum games. I'm actually dreading moving because we have great people around us and am scared in case we end up next to idiots (to be fair they might think were idiots).  It's such a pain in the arse just for 2 games! If only Rangers would let me pay extra on top of the weans ST so he could move with us and we could keep the seats we have.

Aye Jinty , that's a big drawback to having seats in the Broomloan . I took up the option for the tarrier games this season and let my boy use them . When the renewals came up last year I was told by the T O that we could move to seats in the club deck for roughly the same price that I was paying for the family section , but my boy didn't want to move there as he loves the seats we have . Will probably have the same discussion with him shortly with the same outcome as long as he gets the scum games  but will try to get a ticket to take my grandson with us , if one is available next to us .

Was expecting more than 2,300 in all honesty

I filled in the survey mate , but it wouldn't let me send unless I ticked the wee box enabling Club1872 to use my details for marketing purposes . When I contacted them to ask why you couldn't register an interest without agreeing to them using your info , I was basically fobbed off . Bit shite IMO that it looks like Club1872 will get to call the shots on this .
