The new Director of Football that's coming in two weeks needs to strip back that wage bill and somehow find sales within our team that aren't going out of contract in the summer. Also need to start promoting more kids to start filling up the squad instead of paying a 28+ year old £20k a week to do it.

Think Things were starting to go so well during the Gerrard era felt like we had made major progress on the field but since he’s went everything feels like it’s went down the pan recruitment I feel for the past number of seasons now has been none other than shocking & it’s clearly had a major impact on the field sadly no matter who comes in I just have no confidence In the team not even pep could get a tune out of this group the problem starts at the top for me with the board & major work/improvement needs to happen in the scouting side as that’s been embarrassing.

Don't have any problem with Beale on a personal level, I think it's clear he built an attachment to the club and have no doubts he's put the work in to give it his best go. I won't criticise anybody for that. If it doesn't work out, move on and get someone else in. Personal abuse is totally unnecessary and on scales such as this could have massive impacts on someone

Not much to be done here with Beale but there is a choice, we can  either shut up and take it up the back eye or, let our voice be heard and vote with our feet.
It is unsatisfactory as fuck for the Board to keep Beale in place.
We pay the wages  we bank roll this fucking shambles and I for one have fuckin had enough.
