I think it would be quite difficult structurally to do that (presuming you want to avoid any supports blocking the field of vision).  Not saying it couldn’t be done but it would likely be pretty expensive to achieve.
I wonder if the existing capacity is not the optimum for the club to maintain the high level of season ticket holders they currently have (with the benefit that provides for getting money in upfront at the start of each season).  There is a risk that if you increase the capacity, sufficient to satisfy completely the demand for STs and remove the waiting list, that fans may choose to go on a game to game basis again (particularly after a bad season or two).

Yup.  It worries me so many fans demanding a complete gutting of the squad over the summer and yet still expecting Clement to have a consistent, winning team from the off next season or his job may be on the line.  These two things are highly unlikely to be compatible.

I think there will be a good number of players leaving this summer but I hope, for Clement’s sake, that he doesn’t go overboard on this.  He will need some continuity in the team to see us through the first few months of next season until new players bed in.

Don’t know why people can’t get this into their heads man. It’s more infuriating than the result.
I will say this until I’m blue in the face. Clement has done his best with what’s at his disposal. You knew nothing besides Sima was coming off that bench to even contribute the slightest thing, and the XI was arguably the best available. It’s shite but it’s the reality of the situation.
We simply cannot afford to sack another manager. He needs backed and he has success in his pocket which is more than the last dog shite had. He needs a couple of windows (unfortunately) to truly shape the squad into what he wants it like. It won’t all happen in the summer.

This changing manages every 14 months and going for a total reset cannot go on. The common denominator in the clubs failures are the players. Beale was a charlatan, granted, but if we change this manager but keep the majority of these players then we will be sacking another manager fairly shortly again after we got rid of clement. And you can take that to the fuckin bank.

    Absolute bullshit.
Under Beale we were 7 points worse than the scum in 7 games.
Under Clement we were 1 point worse in 31 games.
If you want it in another metric we were 1 point per game worse under Beale and under Cement 0.03 points per game worse.
Still not good enough but nowhere near as bad as Beale

I’m all to well aware of Goldson’s shortcomings in his time with us but, over the piece, he has been one of our more consistent performers. He’s not been in great form of late but it seems over the top to mark him out as the scapegoat in what is, to be honest, a pretty poor Rangers team this season (who have overachieved largely due to the manager).
John Greig, one of our greatest players, played for ten seasons without being in a league winning team.  By the opinion of some fans today, that would define him as a ‘bottler’ (which he certainly wasn’t).  Think I’ll trust John’s opinion on who his award should go to.

Six years at the club, especially in that position, and the majority injury-free is a decent accomplishment that the club recognises.
No qualms with that, but RM sure does love to hate.
That doesn't mean it's not time to sell. It is.

If, when Big Phil was appointed in October, I was told that by 21st April we would have reached the last 16 of The Europa League, Won The League Cup, In the Final of The Scottish Cup, and only trailing celtic by 3 points with 5 post split games to go, I would have taken that in a fucking heartbeat.

They were extremely fortunate to end up with the Australian as manager after being rejected by their main target and profiting from the equivalent of insider information on the Japanese market, a market largely overlooked in Europe.  Their signings since he departed have arguably not been any better than ours.

But I do know what Lawrence was like pre-injury.  Is that player gone?  You clearly think so, I think he’s worth persevering with because we don’t have a great deal of quality in our team in regard to composure and picking the right final pass.
Ok, arguably the three/four you mention have had been the pick of the bunch this season.  Only four though, we need 7 or 8 at least.

Starting midfield of Lundstram, Sterling and Diomande (maybe slightly advanced) would be my choice.  Can bring on Cantwell or Lawrence later on in the game if we need a bit of invention.
Its our defence that gives me the fear.

Lawrence was off the pace today but is still a good player imo.  It takes a long time to come back from a year long injury.  Doubt we’ll see the best of him until next season.

Think he’s a good solid goalkeeper, reminds me quite a bit of Chris Woods.  Don’t think he’s as good a shot stopper as either Goram or McGregor though.

With the home game against us, think they are probably favourites.  First goal at their midden will be vital in order for us to get a result.

Lot of greeting for nothing.  Fans who’ve been paying full whack for a number of years get told they are being moved to the seats no one else wanted to buy.  Great.  Just to accommodate them and a small portion of our own support who’d rather our own fans get bumped so that they have the privilege of paying top dollar to be treated like shit at their dump.

I think that’s a cop out, the big boy made the decision not us.  Would that be the same SPFL that sat on its hands when they refused to give us tickets for the last OF game and have mismanaged the game in this country since it was created.  I suggest that the team across the city would not have accepted the SPFLs decision unless it was favourable to them financially and politically.  At the very least, I hope they were told that they would have to guarantee any shortfall in income as a result of their decision.

As for Sky getting involved, presumably on the auspices of improving the product.  Since most of the games they cover are OF away games, why are they not getting involved in us playing away games with nearly empty stands, or games being played in plastic or cowfields.
