It never works against them.  
We always end up getting hammered when we try any approach that involves frustrating, shutting up shop or containing them.
They are used to sides just trying to defend against them for long parts of the game. 
We have to go at them and try and force them on the back foot. They aren't used to sides attacking them consistently. 

It's do or die. They cannot be allowed to knock the ball about. We have to be constantly in their faces for 90 mins as we are not good enough to sit back and hit on the break.
Anything other than a win and the league is over.

Tav is our captain but as this season progresses it becomes clear that he needs a break. I would give Devine a few weeks in that position and allow Tav to rest.

Is Tillman an adequate replacement for Aribo ? Absolutely. Should the purchase price be around 5M will we lose money ? No.
I can see no downside to offering him a 4 year contract and waiting to see how he improves.
