I think he’ll get it right eventually but this season is a season too soon. Needs full backing from the board over the next 2 windows. 

Not 100% backing from me but considering the mess he inherited and what he's managed to do in one transfer window I'm of the opinion he's earned the chance to keep going and deserves the chance to carry on.

IMO, I don't think we lacked heart or passion. We just simply lack/lacked quality in the final third where it matters. In the last 3 games we have had most of the play but have nothing to show for it sadly. We need more of a cutting edge..........

Absolute bollocks. We were battering them and they sucker punched us. We deserved to win the game. But to reiterate: utter bollocks.

The fact is that Gerrard needs atleast 2 more transfer windows. It was a good run and it was nice to have a little hope back.

The whole thing was exhilarating, train to Bridgeton Central and thousands of Bears walking up London Road, an army behind enemy lines.
