There should be no such thing as a squad player. Every player brought in should be one you think can be capable of winning a first team place. Squad player is just a nice way of saying substandard backup.

He proved once and for all tonight that he will never make a centre half in a million years. I dont think he is that bad a footballer, can do a turn in midfield,  but he certainly cant play that position. 

McGregor, Tavernier, Sands and Jack all need dropped. Absolutely fucking chronic

In saying that, a big part of it was on him.. Playing a midfielder at centre half with 2 CB’s on the bench was madness! Sands a big part in both goals! 

Called it exactly as it was. Acknowledged there is a lot he has to to work on. Can only be a good thing.

They end up doing too much because the players around them aren't good enough. If you surrounded Kent and Tillman with better players, they could be really fantastic. 

One problem going forward is Kent and Tillman need floating roles so we need to accommodate.
