Is there any suggestion that anyone on the board has the slightest inkling that Beale has to go?

All very well the Rangers support discussing replacements but if the people in power are in full Comical Ali “nothing to see here” mode, we’re all just wasting our time.

So what makes us think there’s a hope of him going?

I’m definitely not naive to think that someone at boardroom level scours Rangers fan sites such as this one but surely to fuck there must be some employee of the club tasked with at least skimming through them just to gauge the mood in the room at times like this, Or am I just being naively hopeful 😂

It is now at the stage that a stale 1-0 (probably even 2-0) is not going to be good enough.

Only way he turns this round is by putting on the swashbuckling, handbreak free football he promised.

I have seen no evidence that he is capable of coaching the players into that style or setting up tactics to allow them to perform.

With the exception of maybe Cantwell I don’t think we’ve got the players to play swashbuckling football even if he wanted to.

The board are taking a page out of the scum playbook over Beale.

Hunker down, let the dissenting voices run out of steam and, eventually, another story will emerge to fill the back pages.

Those still demanding change will be painted as ranting fanatics howling at the moon.

Only question is how long till the storm blows over?

Its raw today but how much will it dissipate during the international break?

Can the momentum for change be maintained?

I think the players will be nervous as fuck playing at Ibrox and the opposition will be smelling blood, Motherwell is our next home game domestically assuming he’s still there if we can beat the mighty st Johnstone, If we don’t and he’s still there the atmosphere will be toxic.

It should have been more than enough yesterday considering how bad they’ve been, one of the reasons I’m far from convinced with Beale.
Just making the general point that the money spent on trying to build a new team is pitiful. Some seem to think that the top line of 15 million should be enough.

For nine new players that’s bargain basement stuff

I think that’s the point Beale was trying to make on that video though I’m not sure he put it over particularly well, But he did say he’d spent 13m on 9 players not just 2 or 3

Although I’m far from convinced Beale is the man, when it comes to finances, 13 or 15 million is a pitiful amount for building a new team that can meet our expectations.

I’d agree with you regards Champions League but it should be enough to challenge celtic in the league and especially a patched up celtic team at home and it should be enough to be miles better than the rest of the dross in our league and at this moment in time I’m not even sure if we are never mind by miles.

This is a hill you'll die on mate

Id be honoured to die alongside you, as right now id take gio back over this clown, we're 15mill less in funds, have a worse squad and further behind the tarriers than we were at this stage last season (i think, canny mind when the OF game was)

You need to get this 15million figure out your head mate, Your miles off, It’s only 13million, Did you not see The Michael Beale video posted above 🤣

I do think Beale says too much sometimes but I think it’s great he came out and said we turned down Palma. If him, the filth, and his agent want to pretend he snubbed us, we should set the record straight.

I’m not so sure about setting the record straight on stuff like that, The fact Beale has said he turned down the chance to sign Palma could come back to bite him on the arse if he turns out to be a good signing for them and God forbid if he actually scores against us tomorrow.

    Let's hope we win.

They would only be 4 points in front of they won, but none of our summer signings have shone. That's what worries me.

If/when they do it may be too late.

If we can't beat the filth at home when they are playing shite alarm bells will ring.

Beale must win it to restore confidence.

He can't talk his way out of that scenario.

    This 👍

    Ffs, stick to celebrity deaths.

I can remember back in the day when I was growing up my mum would get the Paisley Daily Express and the first thing she would read would be the obituaries to see if she knew anyone that had passed away, Clearly the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as one of the first things I look at when I come in here is the celebrity deaths thread 😂

So he's not charged with anything but everyone wants him sacked? And the lassie this shit happened with he is still with and now have a baby together? And he's gone through some sort of rehabilitation?

I genuinely don’t know anything about his personal life, I was just relatively sure I’d read that the trial wasn’t going to go ahead due to the charges being dropped and haven’t said anything else about him as I couldn’t give a fuck what Man Utd do or don’t do, Our team are currently causing me enough anxiety without worrying about what other clubs are getting up to.
