I honestly don't see how anyone can have any issues with the full interim management team. 
They're at least been around first team management groups. Way better than a youth team coach.

Totally acceptable interim team, as far as I’m concerned, gives us a bit of breathing space to get the right guy in. 

Time to get behind Davis and Rae whilst they are in charge.

We were never going to sack Beale and have a new guy in the door the next day. It was always going to be an interim and Davis, with an experienced assistant in Rae, is perfectly fine in the short term.

As long as it’s overseeing the next two games I’ve no problem with it. Any longer than that then it becomes a big concern.

Football can change very quickly with the right appointment at the right time.
I also don't think we are as bad as we look and a top coach will get far more out of this squad than Beale.
I do think however, both Lammers and Dessers need to be moved on in January and whatever we can get for both is invested a little smarter. 

Aye people don’t half get overly excited with some of the shite, a good appointment, a big sale by a rival, a good window etc etc can change football very very quickly.

I think there’s a difference between big and ‘must win’ games, which is where he falls down.
Both cups, CL qualifiers, OFs in the league.
Betis was a big result, but it wasn’t an absolute crunch game. You can recover from it if we drop points. The others we can’t really. 

Deserves a thread after tonight. Played with energy and made an impact. For the goal, started welllll inside our half, such an inspired run and hit that top drawer toe poke just at the right moment. Did it all out of nothing. 
Was so chuffed to see him enjoy that moment. I think Beale said it's just cramp he went off for. Hoping he gets more minutes soon and shows us more.

To be honest im not bothered about the performance against Aberdeen, as long as we get the result. Thats cos i have a real fear that we wont. Its poor that its come to that but as long as im leaving ibrox sturday with Rangers winning i will be happy/relieved. We are treading water at the minute.
